Seit Februar bin ich im Kontakt mit Dr. Sturm und wurde von Mal zu Mal vertröstet, da er zu diesem Zeitpunkt angeblich nicht wusste, ob er heuer überhaupt aufsperren würde. Es ging um eine Reservierung von einer größeren Gruppe, daher die zeitige Anfrage. Heute, nach etlichen Anrufen und nicht beantworteten Emails, teilte mir plötzlich Dr. Sturm mit, dass er zu diesem Zeitpunkt ausgebucht ist und er sowieso eine Reservierung erst ab 5 Nächten entgegen nimmt. Hätte er mir dies früher mitgeteilt, hätten wir die Chance gehabt, ein anderes Apartment zu bekommen. Leider fällt somit unser Urlaub am Klopeinersee ins Wasser, nachdem für so eine grosse Gruppe (13 Personen) nichts mehr frei ist. Ein großes Dankeschön an Herrn Dr. Sturm!!! Sogar der eine Stern ist zu viel. I can absolutely NOT recommend this pension with a clear conscience. I have been in contact with Dr. Sturm and was put off from time to time, because at this point he supposedly did not know whether he would open at all this year. It was about a reservation from a larger group, hence the early request. Today, after a number of calls and unanswered emails, Dr. Sturm informed that he was fully booked at this time and that he would only accept a reservation for 5 or more nights anyway. Had he told me about this earlier, we would have had the chance to get another apartment. Unfortunately, our holiday at the Klopeinersee falls into the water after nothing is available for such a large group (13 people). A big thank you to Dr. Storm!!! Even the one star is too much.

Die Pension liegt zentral direkt am See in zweiter Reihe, perfekt um zu Fuß alles zu erreichen und dennoch ruhig um gut zu schlafen! Die Zimmer sind gepflegt. Das Personal und auch der Chef stets nett und zuvorkommend ! Beim Frühstück : alles was man braucht um satt zu werden ist vorhanden. Immer wieder gerne So I can't understand some recessions! The pension is centrally located directly on the lake in the second row, perfect for walking to everything and yet quiet for a good night's sleep! The rooms are well maintained. The staff and the boss were always nice and courteous! At breakfast: everything you need to be full is available. Always my pleasure
