Immer wieder gerne. Bilder sprechen mehr als 1000 Worte Breakfast on the balcony with an excellent view of the lake! What more do you need? Owner is very friendly and helpful! Wenn man im Bett liegt und jemand geht im Flur hört man jedes Wort. 0 Privatsphäre Allgemein ist leider bis auf Ausnahmen, die Zeit stehen geblieben. Eine Modernisierung könnte nicht schaden. Der 2te Stern ist für die super Lage The house is very noisy. If you are in bed and someone is walking in the hallway you can hear every word. 0 privacy In general, with a few exceptions, time has stood still. A modernization couldn't hurt. The 2nd star is for the great location

Die Highlights sind noch zusätzlich der direkte Seezugang und die Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick......wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen...Gerti und Gerhard We have been very enthusiastic for a number of years. Liegen und Schirme sind genug verfügbar. Tretboot, Stand-up paddle und Ruderboot kann man kostenlos benutzen. Nice guesthouse in a central location with beautiful direct access to the lake. Small, but modern and clean rooms with a balcony (on the lake side you have a great view). There are enough pool chairs and umbrellas available. Pedal boats, stand-up paddles and row boats can be used free of charge.

Perfekte Lage, direkter Seezugang, schöner Ausblick von den Zimmern mit direktem Seeblick. Das reichhaltige Frühstück kann man direkt am Wasser genießen. Ein großes Lob und Dankeschön an das freundliche und aufmerksame Servicepersonal. Die Liegen, Standup Paddel, Tretboot und Ruderboot können kostenlos genutzt werden. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und sagen auch dem charmanten, hilfsbereiten und immer präsenten Hausherrn ein herzliches Dankeschön für die schöne Zeit. The family-run guesthouse is a little pearl on Lake Klopein. Perfect location, direct lake access, beautiful view from the rooms with direct lake view. The rich breakfast can be enjoyed right by the water. Kudos and thanks to the friendly and attentive service staff. The loungers, stand-up paddles, pedal boats and row boats can be used free of charge. We felt very much at home there and would also like to say a big thank you to the charming, helpful and always present landlord for the wonderful time.

I loved the view outside the window of the room. We truly felt like family. The service was great and the whole experience was phenomenal.

We loved the garden and the pier set in a privileged location on the lake. The available boats and SUPs were great for mixing some water sport in our relaxed days of sunbathing. The rooms are very comfortable with spacious balconies and amazing views to the lake. During our stay we had to work remotely for a few days and it was perfect (WiFi worked great from everywhere). Overall I particularly enjoyed the warm and friendly staff which made us feel in family from the start. Without a doubt, perfect place to enjoy the Klopeiner lake!
