Termin ausgemacht mit Probefahrt um einen Plugin-Hybriden zu testen und wenn passend zu kaufen: Erwartet hat uns ein junger Kundenbetreuer, der laut eigener Aussage schon ein paar Schulungen hatte und laut unserer Meinung noch einiges im Bereich Kundenorientierung zum aufholen hat. Technisch ist dieser vielen Fragen ausgewichen und selbst mit dem Prospekt des Autos hat er uns auf das Ende des Gesprächs vertröstet. Eine Probefahrt war nicht möglich, weil das Auto nicht vor Ort war. Bei Autos um 40 Riesen und mehr erwartet man sich ein wenig mehr Professionalität von renommierten Autohäusern. Wir werden den Folgetermin am nächsten Werktag absagen und lassen uns in einem anderen Autohaus kompetent beraten. Unfortunately a total disappointment!
