F	Florian Hieß on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren in den letzten Tagen in jedem größeren Autohaus in St.Pölten, Krems, Tulln, Horn, Waidhofen und Wien. In der VW Markenabteilung wurden wir sehr gut und freundlich beraten, aber in keinem anderen Autohaus waren wir so wenig willkommen wie in der Audi Abteilung des Autohaus Birngruber. Das Personal ist überheblich, würdigt einem keines Blickes und man hat das Gefühl ein historisches Museum zu betreten, abgesehen von den modernen Fahrzeugen. Auf Anfrage für ein konkretes Angebot erhalten wir etwas völlig anderes als angefragt, nach zweimaligem Nachfragen immer noch nicht wunschgemäß angeboten. Beim Besichtigungstermin werden die Schlüssel vom Verkäufer ausgehändigt und weiter mit dem Kollegen geredet und danach eine andere Kundschaft eingeschoben. Schlüssel nach der Besichtigung zurück gegeben und woanders gekauft. Mittlerweile das zweite Firmenauto in den letzten 3 Jahren, dass wir nicht im Autohaus Birngruber gekauft haben. In the last few days we have been to every major car dealership in St.Pölten, Krems, Tulln, Horn, Waidhofen and Vienna. In the VW brand department we were given very good and friendly advice, but in no other car dealership were we less welcome than in the Audi department of the Birngruber car dealership. The staff is overbearing, doesn't even look at you and you feel like you're entering a historical museum, despite the modern vehicles. When we asked for a concrete offer, we received something completely different from what we had asked for, but after asking twice, it was still not offered as requested. At the viewing appointment, the keys are handed over by the salesperson and the colleague continues to be talked to, after which another clientele is pushed in. Keys returned after viewing and purchased elsewhere. This is now the second company car in the last 3 years that we have not bought from the Birngruber car dealership.

I	Isovi Isovi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible.... Not professionel and not friendly personal. We bought a car in there salon in Tulln but service we did already twice in Krems (closer to us). But we will never go to this Autohaus again, and car for me for sure we will not buy there!
