W	Wachsames Auge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Katastrophe!!!! Von wegen 3 Sterne!!!! Nicht mal einer würde ich sagen!!! Der eine in der Rezession hier ist schön übertrieben. Das Zimmer wird nur alle 2 Wochen gereinigt, ebenfalls auch die Bettwäsche nur alle 2 Wochen gewechselt. Ein selbstständiges Entsorgen des Mülls ist nicht möglich, da keine Müllkübel vorhanden sind. Der Müll würde als 14 Tage im Zimmer bleiben, wenn die Putzfrau wieder kommt. Am Ende wird dann die vertraglich festgelegte Endreinigungspauschale einfach mal erhöht, und obwohl höhere Gewalt vorlag die Strornogebühren berechnet so dass die Hinterlegte Kaution für die Schlüssen nicht zurückgezahlt werden muss. Super wie man mit einem Langzeitmieter umgeht!!!!! Aus meiner Sicht als Gastronom und Koch, absolut NICHT zu empfehlen!!!! A disaster!!!! Because of 3 stars !!!! I wouldn't even say one !!! The one here in the recession is exaggerated. The room is only cleaned every 2 weeks, and the bed linen is only changed every 2 weeks. It is not possible to dispose of the garbage on your own as there are no garbage cans. The garbage would stay in the room for 14 days when the cleaning lady comes back. In the end, the contractually stipulated final cleaning fee is simply increased, and although force majeure was present, the cancellation fees are calculated so that the deposit for the keys does not have to be paid back. Great how to deal with a long-term tenant !!!!! From my point of view as a restaurateur and cook, absolutely NOT to be recommended !!!!
