super nice reception, good location, nice apartment

I was with Gisella's family in one of her beautiful apartments - visiting beautiful Vienna! We all enjoyed it very much, and Gisella is a great and open host, who not only explained everything to us well, but was also able to give us lots of nice tips for our city trip. The apartment was fully equipped and very tastefully decorated - also very neat and clean. There is a good infrastructure and you can get to the center of Vienna very quickly, even on foot if you want. We now live in Vienna ourselves, and I always like to book our guests with Gisella. And they also confirm to me every time how comfortable they feel in their "home with Gisella". I think: it couldn't be better! ?

We are a family of 6 and were in urgent need of replacement accommodation due to water damage in our apartment. The fact that we found Mrs. Mirante and her Casa Nostra and were able to rent one of her apartments in Streffleurgasse for a few months was a stroke of luck for us. We can only recommend the area (we live around the corner ourselves) to every future guest, whether tourist or business traveler - right on the beautiful Augarten, within walking distance of the city center, with all the infrastructure. The apartment we rented in Streffleurgasse is huge and perfect for large families or groups, furnished with great taste and full of charm. In particular, the great eat-in kitchen with a wonderful view of the Augarten became the center of family life. The equipment of the apartment is very good; we found everything important and were able to move in easily with just a few personal items. The house itself is well maintained, cleaned often and inhabited by remarkably friendly people. Ms. Mirante tries to find a solution quickly for all concerns (for example, she immediately organized a parking space for the stroller), is very uncomplicated, always available and extremely friendly and courteous. We felt very comfortable and moved out again almost a little wistfully. Thank you for the great time at Casa Nostra!

The apartment was rented through booking. Zhzilla, one of the owners, was very friendly and gladly told us about nearby attractions, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. The location is convenient, there are metro and buses nearby that can easily be reached in the center of Vienna. She also tells us a lot of useful information about Vienna and the nuances of Viennese life. The apartment is clean, there is an equipped kitchen: coffee machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer. There is a balcon, for smokers this is a bonus. Furniture is simple, I would say sports-minimal furniture, not comfortable and hard mattresses, thin pillows. Old and very thin. We asked for pillows with synthetic filling due to asthma, but received feather ones, on request to change to synthetics we were given synthetics, but they were also thin and not comfortable. There is no air conditioning. Towels do not change and after specifying where they can be dried because the batteries are cold they brought us a folding dryer. The apartments are not cleaned during your stay, although money is removed for cleaning. As an option there is the possibility of parking in the garage, for an extra charge. Saturday and Sunday parking is free. For a family with 2 children there is an option folding sofa in the living room. In general, a good apartment in a cozy place near the magnificent view, I recommend. I took off the star because of mattresses and pillows.
