Natürlich wirkt sich zufriedene Kundschaft auf Dauer positiv auf den Umsatz aus, aber das hat man allgemein, vor allem in vielen Großkaufhäusern schon vergessen, was wohl vom Leistungsdruck oder von Personal mit Umsatzbeteiligung herrührt. Von solchen Praktiken scheint man bei diesem Geschäft nichts zu halten. Ein zufriedener Kunde kommt wieder und bringt noch weitere Kunsdschaft durch Mundpropaganda. Das will ich mit meiner Beurteilung auch erreichen. So ein Geschäft soll trotz harter Konkurrenz möglichst lange bestehen bleiben. Es zahlt sich auch für die Kundschaft aus, Denn die Preise sind bei guter und oft besserer Qualität der Schuhe als bei bekannteren Marken (meine Frau kennt sich als gelernte Schuhverkäuferin aus) auf auch für kleinere Brieftaschen leistbar.
