★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe über Shöpping.at ein Möbelscharnier (leider ein falsches) bestellt. Nach einem Anruf versprach ein Mitarbeiter (Chef?) das richtige umgehend und ohne weitere Kosten zu versenden. Am nächsten Tag war es da. Besser geht´s es nicht, Kundendienst vom Feinsten und dabei ging es hier um Bagatellbeträge.
I ordered a furniture hinge (unfortunately the wrong one) via Shöpping.at. After a call, an employee (boss?) promised to send the correct item immediately and at no additional cost. It was there the next day. It doesn't get any better than this, customer service at its finest and it's all about trivial amounts.
