Was my first purchase at Zgonc Salzburg - will definitely be back.

S	Samir M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe ein Gerät gekauft, nach Hause gebracht und es funktionierte nicht. Daraufhin bin ich ins Geschäft gefahren und mir wurde gesagt dass es über WLAN läuft. Zu hause angekommen rief ich die Hotline an, die mir wiederum sagte, dass das Gerät nicht einmal eine WLAN Funktion hat. Beim dritten Mal ins Geschäft fahren kaufte ich ein anderes Gerät, dass doppelt so teuer war und als ich es daheim auspackte, war es das Falsche. Als ich wieder ins Geschäft fuhr, um zu fragen was ich tun soll und was das alles sollte, wurde mir weder vom Geschäftsführer noch vom Personal eine Antwort gegeben. Fazit: Der Geschäftsführer ist schlecht, das Personal noch schlechter, es ist definitiv nicht empfehlenswert und ich würde auf jeden Fall wo anders mein Geld ausgeben. I bought a device, brought it home and it didn't work. Then I drove into the store and was told that it was over WiFi. When I got home, I called the hotline, which in turn told me that the device didn't even have a WiFi function. The third time I went to the store, I bought another device that was twice as expensive and when I unpacked it at home, it was the wrong thing. When I went back to the store to ask what to do and what all of this was supposed to be, I was not given an answer by either the manager or the staff. Conclusion: the manager is bad, the staff even worse, it is definitely not recommended and I would definitely spend my money elsewhere.

Auto Kleinteile, Putzmittel dafür, Poolzubehör, Rasenmäher, Kompressor und Aggregate...hilfsbereites Personal und das Beste: man wird auf die JÖ Karte aufmerksam gemacht und wenn es Punkte zum Einlösen gibt! ( So viele Geschäfte, die auch Jö haben, aber keiner gibt Bescheid!) Find various tool items from many brands. Small car parts, cleaning supplies for them, pool accessories, lawn mowers, compressors and aggregates...helpful staff and best of all: you are made aware of the JÖ card and when there are points to redeem! (So many shops that also have Jö, but nobody lets you know!)
