Ich fange einmal mit dem Personal an, ich fühle mich super aufgehoben, werde immer super freundlich empfangen und während der Behandlung super unterhalten. Weiters gefällt mir die Fachkompetenz, die vorhanden ist. Es gibt auf jede Frage eine Antwort und für jedes Problem eine Lösung. Ich bin wegen Akne im Gesicht und im Schulter-/Rückenbereich dorthin gekommen. Ich bin so froh, dass ich es nun mit Hilfe von Bettina geschafft habe, die Akne so weit in den Griff zu bekommen, dass ich mich wieder wohlfühle. Bei mir würde auch das Retinol Peeling gemacht und ich kann aus vollster Überzeugung sagen, dass es dadurch so so so viel besser geworden ist. Die Pickel, Entzündungen und Rötungen verheilen so schnell und die Akne taucht nicht mehr so auf wie davor. Ich habe hier und da Pickel (hormonell bedingt), aber die vergehen durch das Retinol sehr schnell wieder. Ich kann die Kosmetik also vollsten empfehlen. Es ist definitiv eine tolle Entscheidung, die niemand bereuen wird. I have been a customer for over a year now and I am very satisfied! I start with the staff, I feel super cared for, I am always welcomed in a super friendly way and entertained during the treatment. I also like the level of expertise that is available. There is an answer to every question and a solution to every problem. I came there for acne on my face and shoulder / back area. I am so glad that with the help of Bettina I have now managed to get acne under control so far that I feel good again. I would also do the retinol peeling and I can confidently say that it has made it so much better. The pimples, inflammation and redness heal as quickly and the acne no longer appears as before. I have pimples here and there (hormonal), but they go away very quickly due to the retinol. I can fully recommend the cosmetics. It is definitely a great decision that no one will regret.

S	Sue S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aufgrund einiger kleiner Akne-Narben hat mir mein Hautarzt eine Fruchtsäurebehandlung empfohlen. Habe durch Selbstrecherche dieses Kosmetikstudio entdeckt und aufgrund der guten Bewertungen mir einen Termin geben lassen. 1.) netter Empfang, schönes Studio, höfliche Kosmetikerin (Anna), erster Eindruck top. 2.) die Kosmetikerin hat mir im Rahmen des Gesprächs eine Retinol Behandlung vorgeschlagen, bevor sie sich meine Haut genauer angesehen hat. Diese würde 250,- € kosten inkl. Produkte zur Pflege für Zuhause. Ohne Produkte 150,- € . „Man muss unbedingt diese Produkte (siehe unten/ Bild) verwenden“. Ich war mir etwas unsicher, da meinte sie, wenn ich mir noch überlegen will, kein Problem, nur für das Beratungsgespräch muss sie 28€ verrechnen. Ich habe mich dazu entschlossen es zu machen, da ich sonst für NIX gezahlt hätte. Am Telefon bei der Terminvereinbarung wurde von 28€ Erstgespräch nichts erwähnt und beim Empfang auch nicht. 3.) Vorgang danach wie folgt: - sie hat sich meine Haut genauer unter der Lampe angesehen. - Gesichtsreinigung mit La Roche Posay Effaclar (12€ online). Hatte bisschen abgedeckt im Augenbereich (sonst ungeschminkt). Sie hat sich nicht einmal die Mühe gemacht den Augenbereich zu reinigen. - Neostrata Retinol aufgetragen - Neostrata Bionic Lotion ( 32€ online) Facial Cleanser ( 25€ online) mickrige Mengen für 3 Tage abgefüllt; und eine Sonnencreme Probe Ultrasun SPF 30 mitgegeben. (obwohl sie im Voraus gesagt hat Sonnenschutz muss immer 50 SPF sein). Sie war in 5 min fertig. Ich soll jetzt das Retinol für 8h so lassen und dann kriege ich eine Erinnerungs- SMS zum Abwaschen. Keine Nachricht gekriegt. Aber Hauptsache 1 Tag vor dem Termin pünktlich eine "Termin- Erinnerungs- SMS" bekommen. Auf der Preisliste online steht nichts mit Retinol und schon gar nicht Gesichtsbehandlungen mit 150€/250€. Im Endeffekt sind diese Produkte in der Apotheke ohne Probleme erhältlich und alles würde mich höchstens 80€ kosten und für mehr als 3 Monate reichen. Auftragen kann ich auch selber. Am Ende sagte sie noch: „ Brauchen Sie die Rechnung oder geht so?“. Because of some small acne scars, my dermatologist recommended a fruit acid treatment. I discovered this beauty salon through self-research and made an appointment because of the good reviews. 1.) nice reception, nice studio, polite beautician (Anna), first impression great. 2.) the beautician suggested a retinol treatment during the conversation before she took a closer look at my skin. This would cost €250 including home care products. Without products 150,- €. "You absolutely have to use these products (see below/picture)". I was a bit unsure, so she said if I still want to think about it, no problem, she only has to charge €28 for the consultation. I decided to do it because otherwise I would have paid for NOTHING. On the phone when making the appointment, nothing was mentioned about the €28 initial call, and neither was there at reception. 3.) Then proceed as follows: - she took a closer look at my skin under the lamp. - Facial cleansing with La Roche Posay Effaclar (12€ online). Had a bit covered in the eye area (otherwise without make-up). She didn't even bother to clean the eye area. - Neostrata Retinol applied - Neostrata Bionic Lotion (€32 online) Facial Cleanser (€25 online) measly amounts bottled for 3 days; and a sample of Ultrasun SPF 30 sunscreen. (although she did say upfront that sunscreen must always be 50 SPF). She was done in 5 minutes. I'm supposed to leave the retinol on for 8 hours and then I'll get a text message reminding me to wash it off. Got no message. But the main thing is to get an "appointment reminder SMS" punctually 1 day before the appointment. The price list online doesn't say anything with retinol and certainly not facials at €150/€250. In the end, these products are available in the pharmacy without any problems and everything would cost me at most 80€ and last for more than 3 months. I can also apply myself. At the end she said: "Do you need the bill or is that possible?".
K	Ker Stin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + Die Pediküre war angenehm und die Kosmetikerin war freundlich und kompetent. + angenehme Atmosphäre, schöner Behandlungsraum - Leider wurde der Nagellack am Ende der Behandlung ziemlich unordentlich aufgetragen. Man hat gemerkt, dass die nächste Kundin wartete und die Kosmetikern es dahingehend eilig hatte. Schade! The pedicure was pleasant and the beautician was friendly and knowledgeable. + pleasant atmosphere, nice treatment room - Unfortunately the nail polish was applied quite messily at the end of the treatment. You could tell that the next customer was waiting and that the beauticians were in a hurry. Pity!
