s	sako rajoian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlecht behandelt, der arzt selber ist nett,, Assistent sind komisch, sie kennen sich sehr wenig aus mit dem arbeit,,,, der person die hinten arbeitet wegen die schuhe einlage ist er voll unhöflich der glaubt dass er in einem kebeb geschäft arbeitet ,,,, nie wieder hin!! Mein Erfahrung bei der Dr. Katterschafka praxis ist sehr schlecht kein empfohlen. Very badly treated, the doctor himself is nice, the assistants are weird, they know very little about the work ,,,, the person who works in the back because of the insoles he is rude who believes that he works in a kebeb shop ,,,, never go back !! My experience at Dr. Katterschafka praxis is very bad no recommended.
U	Ulla K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unangenehmer Arztbesuch, man wird gleich um eine Unterschrift gebeten damit man mit Spritzen behandelt werden kann. Diese Therapie wird aber nicht wirklich als erfolgreich beurteilt, sondern löst die Probleme nur kurzzeitig. Nicht empfohlen, ich habe bei der Kasse um einen Arztwechsel gebeten weil ich dort nicht mehr hingehen wollte. Very unpleasant visit to the doctor, you will immediately asked for a signature so you can be treated with syringes. This therapy is not really judged as successful, but solves the problems only briefly. Not recommended, I asked the cashier for a change of doctor because I did not want to go there anymore.
A	Ali Ilbeygi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Er kann vielleicht "streng" sein, aber sehr kenntnisreich und ein Experte in seinem Beruf. (Ich habe eher einen kompetenten Arzt als einen „freundlichen“, dessen Kompetenz fragwürdig sein könnte). Ich brachte meine Mutter dorthin, seine Diagnose war genau richtig, er fand außerdem Symptome, die nicht auf unserer Liste der Fragen standen, und half, spätere Probleme zu vermeiden. Er arbeitet schnell und dynamisch. Die Wartezeit ist normal und die Assistentinnen sind sehr hilfreich. He may be "strict" but very knowledgeable and an expert in his job. (I have a competent doctor rather than a "friendly" whose competence could be questionable). I brought my mother there, his diagnosis was just right, he also found symptoms that were not on our list of questions and helped to avoid later problems. He works fast and dynamically. The waiting time is normal and the assistants are very helpful.
A	Aberlure Entertainment on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weiß nicht ob ich Glück hatte oder ob die Rezensionen etwas übertrieben. Anmeldung ging problemlos und schnell, Wartezeiten hier nur sehr kurz. Nach dem Ausfüllen einer Einverständniserklärung die heute bei behandelnden Ärzten nicht unüblich ist wurde ich ins Wartezimmer gebeten. Nach kurzer Wartezeit wurde ich ins nächste Zimmer geboten wo ich ausführlich durch die Assistentin zu meinen Beschwerden befragt wurde. Kurz darauf kann Dr. Lang, die Vertretung von Dr. Katterschafka dazu und hörte sich erneut meine Beschwerden an. Er nahm sich Zeit, ging auf alle meine Fragen ein und gab mir generell das Gefühl Ernst genommen zu werden was leider nicht selbstverständlich ist... Da ich unter anderem wegen Einlagen dort war wurde ich erneut ins Wartezimmer gebeten wo ich ~10min wartete und danach zum Abdruch aufgerufen wurde. Auch dieser verlief schnell und reibungslos. Der Herr der sich um diese kümmert konnte erneut auf alle meine Fragen eingehen und wirkte sehr freundlich. Das einzige was mir fehlte war ein Hinweis, dass die Ordination durch Covid-19 nur durch den im Aufzug zu erreichen war. Ein solcher Hinweis steht zwar auf der Tür der Ordination im 2. Stock, fehlte oder wäre mir jedoch nicht im Erdgeschoss aufgefallen. Dafür kann ich jedoch keinen Stern abziehen... Don't know if I was lucky or if the reviews are a bit exaggerated. Registration went smoothly and quickly, waiting times here were very short. After filling out a declaration of consent, which is not uncommon for treating doctors today, I was asked into the waiting room. After a short wait, I was shown to the next room, where I was asked in detail by the assistant about my complaints. Shortly afterwards, Dr. Lang, representing Dr. Katterschafka and listened to my complaints again. He took his time, answered all of my questions and generally gave me the feeling that I was being taken seriously, which unfortunately cannot be taken for granted ... Since I was there because of insoles, among other things, I was asked to go into the waiting room again where I waited ~ 10 minutes and then was called for an abdruch. This too went quickly and smoothly. The gentleman who takes care of this was able to answer all my questions again and seemed very friendly. The only thing I was missing was a hint that the ordination through Covid-19 could only be reached through the elevator. Such a note is on the door of the ordination on the 2nd floor, but was missing or I would not have noticed it on the ground floor. But I can't subtract a star for that ...
Z	Zoltan Toth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Dr. Katterschafka ist zweifelsohne nicht von seiner Höflichkeit berühmt. Die Behandlungen die er macht bzw. die Ratschläge die er gibt haben sich aber langfristig richtig erwiesen. Deswegen gehe ich lieber zu ihm als zu dem Orthopäden an meinem Wohnort, der zwar ein netter Typ ist, aber nichts taugt. Positiv ist noch die relativ kurze Wartezeit zu erwähnen. Dr. Katterschafka is undoubtedly not famous for its courtesy. The treatments he gives and the advice he gives have proven to be correct in the long term. That's why I prefer to go to him rather than to the orthopedic surgeon in my place of residence, who is a nice guy but no good. Another positive aspect is the relatively short waiting time.
E	Evelyne Turinsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ war heute beim 2ten Check bei Dr Katterschafka,der mich letzte Woche zum Röntgen und durchchecken geschickt hat. alles wurde bei mir gecheckt. ich finde das gut, denn bei anderen Ärzten wurde ich nur untersucht,wo der Schmerz gesessen hatte. Sowas habe ich schon lange nicht mehr bei einem Arzt erlebt. Also ich bin sehr zufrieden, er hat mir sehr geholfen und war auch sehr bemüht. Eine klare Aussage und eine Diagnose die stimmt. Seine Damen sind freundlich .ich bin sehr zufrieden . Today I had my second check-up with Dr Katterschafka, who sent me for an X-ray and a check-up last week. everything was checked with me. I think that's good, because other doctors only examined me where the pain was. I haven't seen anything like this from a doctor in a long time. So I'm very satisfied, he helped me a lot and tried very hard. A clear statement and a diagnosis that is correct. His ladies are friendly. I am very satisfied.
Ş	Şafak Ateş on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst thing with that doctor is, he is in hurry, he does not really communicate with you. That was really a bad experience for me. Unbelievable, that I had no pain on my foots but the Doctor prespcribed some orthopadic pads for shoes and he just ignored my real question there, " I had last year Torn ligament on my ankle and it makes weird sounds still, when I walk" his Answer: "You can't do anything about it and it was most probably just a twist". For my Hyperextended Elbow, he also just gave me some gel and that was it.
R	Rana Dionot-Ilbegi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to take a family member to him. Extremely rude, always in hurry, shouts and seems stressed. His immediate assistant is just as bad. The nurses are Wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. They save the practice. His work is alright once you put up with the bad manners.
