Wartezeiten sind ebenfalls in Ordnung, auch das Team ist freundlich. Very good doctor, technically competent (every treatment was correctly diagnosed and proved to be useful), very friendly-explains to the patient everything that is very pleasant. Waiting times are also ok, also the team is friendly.
A	A. Rus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war bis jetzt zum dritten mal mit meinen Kindern bei Hr. Dr. Sesztak zur Behandlung. Wartezeiten sind sehr angenehm, das längste war mal 20 min heute 5 min. Im Warteraum gibt es eine kleine Spiel Ecke, was sehr angenehm ist, wenn man mit kleinen Kindern da ist. Hr.Dr. Sesztak ist sehr freundlich und geht sehr einfühlsam mit Kindern um. Meine Kids haben keine Angst zu ihm zu gehen und sind total ruhig während der Behandlung. Diagnosen werden von ihm sehr ernst genommen und er verfolgt jede Veränderung. Auch die Ordinationssekretärinnen sind sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt. Liebe Grüße an das ganze Team This is the third time I have been to Mr. Dr. Sesztak for treatment. Waiting times are very pleasant, the longest was 20 minutes, today 5 minutes. There is a small play corner in the waiting room, which is very pleasant if you are there with small children. Mr. Sesztak is very friendly and very sensitive to children. My kids are not afraid to go to him and are very calm during the treatment. Diagnoses are taken very seriously by him and he follows every change. The ordination secretaries are also very friendly and in a good mood. Greetings to the whole team
P	Puella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WoW! Ich bin absolut positiv überwältigt! Die Ordinationsassistentinnen sind so freundlich und nett, sowohl am Telefon als auch persönlich. Auch bekamen wir relativ rasch (innerhalb von 2 Wochen) einen Termin am Nachmittag! Die Wartezeit im Warteraum betrug nicht mal 10 Minuten und dann natürlich Herr Dr Sesztak: er war sehr einfühlsam und total nett zu meiner Tochter (2 Jahre alt), er erklärte ausführlich und ruhig alle weiteren Schritte und nahm sich wirklich Zeit für einen. Man vergisst während dem Gespräch, dass man bei einem Kassenarzt und nicht bei einem Privatarzt sitzt! Ich schreibe wirklich selten Rezensionen, aber diese musste sein! Weiter so! Wow! I am absolutely overwhelmed! The ordination assistants are so friendly and nice, both on the phone and in person. Also we got relatively quickly (within 2 weeks) an appointment in the afternoon! The wait in the waiting room was not even 10 minutes and of course Mr. Dr Sesztak: he was very sensitive and very nice to my daughter (2 years old), he explained in detail and quietly all further steps and took really time for one. One forgets during the conversation that one sits with a cash doctor and not with a private doctor! I rarely write reviews, but they had to be! Keep it up!

Das Tonband ließ mich immer wieder sehr lange warten, weil man " mit anderen Patienten beschäftigt" war, "die nächste freie Leitung ist für Sie bestimmt"!!!! Nach zahllosen Versuchen erst fand ich heraus, dass man nicht auf die Öffnungszeiten hinweist und einfach irgendein Band -ins Leere - laufen lässt. Unfortunately, I haven't had the opportunity to get to know the ordination yet. The tape kept me waiting a long time because I was "busy with other patients", "the next free line is for you" !!!! Only after countless attempts did I find out that you don't point out the opening times and just let some band run - into the void.

Umso erfreuter war ich, als ich zu Herrn Dr. Sesztak kam, der nicht nur sehr freundlich sondern auch sehr kompetent war. Zu ihm gehe ich immer wieder gerne und fühle mich wohl und gut betreut. :) I've been to a few ENTs, which unfortunately weren't that great. So I was all the more pleased when I went to Dr. Sesztak came, who was not only very friendly but also very competent. I always enjoy going to him and I feel comfortable and well looked after. :)
