C	Christian Kaminski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten das grosse Appartment "Maria Theresia" gebucht für unseren Wien Urlaub. Sehr grosse und schöne Wohnung. Eingerichtet mit allem was man benötigt, Küche, 2 Bäder, super bequemes Bett, separates Kinderzimmer, grosse Zimmer mit sehr viel Platz. Zugang mit Code, kein Schlüssel erforderlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, U-Bahn- und Tramstationen und vieles mehr nach kurzem Fussmarsch erreichbar. Mit der U-Bahn sehr schnell in der City, Schönbrunn Park und der Zoo keine 10 min zu Fuss. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt genossen. Die Nächte waren sehr erholsam nach den anstrengenden Wanderungen des Tages. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. We had booked the large apartment "Maria Theresia" for our vacation in Vienna. Very large and beautiful apartment. Furnished with everything you need, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, super comfortable bed, separate children's room, large room with a lot of space. Access by code, no key required. Shops, restaurants, underground and tram stations and much more can be reached after a short walk. With the underground very quickly in the city, Schönbrunn Park and the zoo less than 10 minutes on foot. We felt very comfortable there, enjoyed a very relaxed stay. The nights were very relaxing after the strenuous hikes of the day. The landlords were also very friendly and helpful.

Haben ein paar Tage mit unseren drei Kindern da verbracht, Parkplatz im Innenhof vorhanden, Türen super easy mit Code zu öffnen, alles vorhanden. Echt top! Planen schon jetzt den nächsten Wien-Trip! Danke Schönbrunn living is a really great opportunity to "learn to live" in real, special Vienna Old building, great furnishings, special kitchen, cool bathroom ... to relax and enjoy! Spent a few days with our three children, parking space available in the courtyard, doors super easy to open with a code, everything available. Really great! Ca. 20 Minuten in die Stadt. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs um die Ecke, genauso der herrliche Schlosspark Schönbrunn. A very nice apartment in Vienna's 13th district, equipped with everything your heart desires. Very nice landlord. Well connected to the public. About 20 minutes to town. Shops for daily needs around the corner, as well as the wonderful Schönbrunn Palace Park.

We were a stones throw from the Palace and chose to get off at the stop before Heitzing to walk to our apartment via the Schönbrunn grounds and have a sneaky hot chocolate at the Lindt Chocolate Boutique.. heaven. The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean with character.. not like a sterile hotel room. Thank you kindly and WE WILL BE BACK !

Thomas is an incredible host and the apartment we stayed at was beautiful, spotless and exactly as described, if not better. There are three units in the building that are available to rent and we toured and loved all of them. Thomas was extremely accommodating and helped us with any request we had, including getting a package from the US released from customs that we needed urgently. He guided us through the city and provided lots of recommendations. The apartment is situated in a perfect location with markets, restaurants and public transportation minutes away by foot. We could not have been happier with our stay and will be back soon!

It was clean, spacious, easy to enjoy, prepare and eat meals, and roomy enough for some exercises. It is a quiet apartment, as well, except for the cars on the street, but you get used to them (easier for an urban dweller, which we are not). Most importantly, location, location, location--(1) right in front of the tram that goes straight downtown, (2) the subway is a short walk as is (3) Schönbrunn Palace and its enormous grounds, where we walked daily, (4) a grocery store, an organic grocery store and a delicious Persian-chef'd, organic take-out around the corner, (5) and finally two blocks from the clinic, where we spent our week days. Shopping and cafes were not part of our life, as we were in Vienna during a Covid lockdown, but we could imagine how wonderful the neighborhood would be in the summer and under normal conditions. Last but not least, the landlords are lovely people. Also, they are a lot of fun and available to answer questions, should you have any. 5 Stars.

All accommodations and furnishings needed for our 5-week stay. Grocery stores and restaurants all within a 5 minute walk. Although I didn't get to shop, everything was within a 15 minute walking distance. Internet access, television, and nice quiet apartment for recovery during treatments. Traveling again and this is the first place I want to stay.
