★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polecam to miejsce- cisza, spokój, a jednocześnie dobre połączenie komunikacyjne z centrum. Mieszkanie czyste i bardzo ładne, choć przydałoby się trochę lepsze wyposażenie kuchni (mało sztućców i szklanek). Kolejka obok domu absolutnie nie przeszkadza. Właściciele mili i pomocni, dostaliśmy mapki i instrukcje. POLECAMY
 I recommend this place - peace, quiet, and at the same time a good communication connection with the center. The apartment is clean and very nice, although a little better kitchen equipment could be used (not enough cutlery and glasses). Queue next to the house absolutely does not bother. Owners nice and helpful, we got maps and instructions. RECOMMENDED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geräumig und gut eingerichtetes Apartment, ABER komplett verdreckt! Meine Ansprüche sind grundsätzlich nicht sehr hoch jedoch ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit würde ich schon erwarten.
Bei der Anreise musste mal eine Grundreinigung durchgeführt werden. Sobald man mit den Füßen zu nah an eine Couch kommt bleibt sofort etwas kleben. Wenn man die Möbel etwas verrückt sieht man deutlich die klebrigen Stellen. Wenn man Tische verrückt hat man klebrige Hände von der Tischunterkante. Bei der Abreise wurde mir auch klar warum es teilweise einen muffigen Geruch in der Wohnung gab - habe Zigarettenstumpel unter der Couch gefunden. Zudem Glasscherben und gebrauchte Pappbecher.
Dann das Bad. Sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Allerdings alle Ecken und sogar Flächen mit Schimmel befallen.
Eigentlich schade, da es sonst echt eine Gute Wohnung wäre und bei der Reinigung nicht viel dabei wäre.
Spacious and well furnished apartment, BUT completely dirty! My requirements are generally not very high, but I would expect a certain degree of cleanliness.
A thorough cleaning had to be carried out on arrival. As soon as you get too close to a couch with your feet, something sticks immediately. If you move the furniture a bit you can clearly see the sticky spots. When you drive tables crazy you have sticky hands from the lower edge of the table. On departure I also realized why there was sometimes a musty smell in the apartment - I found cigarette butts under the couch. In addition, broken glass and used paper cups.
Then the bathroom. Very large and well equipped. However, all corners and even surfaces are infested with mold.
It's a shame, because otherwise it would be a really good apartment and there wouldn't be much to do with cleaning.
