Beim ersten Besuch vor einigen Monaten, schönen Style bei meinem Sohn (5) geschnitten. Heute eine Leistung geboten, die vermutlich allen im ersten Lehrjahr besser gelungen wäre - oder mir mit einem Suppentopf als Schablone!
Empfehlung: beim Kind sitzen bleiben und genau aufpassen!
Ergänzung: GF Hübl hst sich umgehend mit einer Entschuldigung, Lösung und Gutschein via E-Mail gemeldet. DAS ist professionell.
Addendum of April 6, 2019: Voucher for free haircut redeemed, great. There's nothing more to complain about now!
At the first visit a few months ago, cut nice style at my son (5). Today offered a performance that would probably have succeeded better all in the first year of study - or me with a soup pot as a template!
Recommendation: stay with the child and watch out!
Addition: GF Hübl was immediately reported with an apology, solution and voucher via e-mail. THAT is professional.
