Leider dauerte die Behandlung nur 40 Minuten statt den veranschlagten 60 Minuten, eine Preisreduzierung wurde nicht angeboten. The beautician was nice and looked competent. Unfortunately, the treatment only took 40 minutes instead of the estimated 60 minutes, and no price reduction was offered.

I felt very comfortable there. I claimed a pedicure and a facial scrub. The staff were very friendly and attentive.
S	Silvia Kain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nähe Lentia Einkaufszentrum gut gelegen. Sehr schön eingerichtet aufgeteilt auf Erdgeschoss und weitere Räume im 2. Stock. Diese sind auch mit Lift erreichbar. Sehr nettes Personal. Terminvereinbarung telefonisch oder online möglich. Frau Möstl selbst betreut auch Kunden und ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Ihr Verwöhnprogramm tut Seele und Haut gut! Ich fühle mich hier sehr gut aufgehoben und daher komme ich immer wieder gern. Well located near Lentia shopping center. Very nicely arranged on the ground floor and other rooms on the second floor. These can also be reached by lift. Very nice staff. Appointments can be made by phone or online. Ms Möstl also looks after customers and is very friendly and competent. Your pampering program is good for your soul and skin! I feel very well cared for here and therefore I always like to come back.
F	Fräulein Nina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die dauerhafte Haarentfernung ist in diesem Studio nicht zu empfehlen. Man soll alle 4 Wochen zur Behandlung kommen und das über 1,5 Jahre - das wären 18 (!) Behandlungen in Summe. In anderen Studios ist man nach 6-8 Behandlungen fertig. Weiters wurde unsauber gearbeitet und manche Fragen konnten nicht beantwortet werden. Nach Absage des nächsten Termins wurde zwar nachgefragt warum, aber auf ein ausführliches Mail mit den oben genannten Dingen, kam nur ein "Danke für die Info" retour (eine Entschuldigung wäre das Mindeste gewesen, wenn man schon abgezockt wird). Ich werde in diesem Kosmetikstudio keine Behandlungen mehr in Anspruch nehmen. Permanent hair removal is not recommended in this studio. You should come for treatment every 4 weeks and that over 1.5 years - that would be 18 (!) Treatments in total. In other studios you are done after 6-8 treatments. Furthermore, the work was unclean and some questions could not be answered. After the next appointment was canceled, they asked why, but after a detailed email with the above-mentioned things, only a "Thank you for the info" was returned (an apology would have been the least if you were being ripped off). I will no longer use any treatments in this beauty salon.
