A	Angelika Pirngruber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider war die Stylistin Lora von Anfang an sehr unmotiviert. wir besprachen kurz den Vorgang und die Haarfarbe, dann trug mir auf Anweisung der Stylistin eine andere Kollegin Lorena die Haarfarbe auf, die äußerst nett und kompetent ist und sehr genau gearbeitet hat. das Ergebnis entsprach überhaupt nicht meinen Vorstellungen. daraufhin reagierte die Stylistin Lora sehr patzig und wies mir die Schuld zu, dass ich es zu ungenau erklärt habe. Sie trug mir dann noch eine Tönung auf und konnte es mehr oder weniger retten. Ich bin noch immer nicht zu 100% zufrieden und werde auch kein weiters mal diesen Friseursalon besuchen. Ich musste den vollen Preis zahlen "kulanterweise" wurde mir EINE Pflege und das Föhnen?? nicht berechnet. Unfortunately, the stylist Lora was very unmotivated from the start. We briefly discussed the process and the hair color, then another colleague Lorena applied the hair color to me on the instructions of the stylist, who is extremely nice and competent and worked very precisely. the result did not meet my expectations at all. then the stylist Lora got very snotty and blamed me for not explaining it properly. She then wore me another tint and was able to save it more or less. I am still not 100% satisfied and will not visit this hair salon again. I had to pay the full price "as a gesture of goodwill" I was given ONE care and a blow-dry?? not calculated.
