Bár külön oktatás van piciknek, nincsenek felkészülve a kisgyerekek kezelésére, inkább közlik, hogy másnap ne vigyük a gyereket, mert sírt. At least forty minutes of the two-hour training is a walk between the assembly point and the training ground. Wir freuen uns schon sehr wieder im schönen Heiligenblut zu sein. I reserved a ski course for my grandson today by phone. Very nice employees in the office. Was not a problem. We are already looking forward to being back in beautiful Heiligenblut.

Je nach Können und Alter kommt man vom Babyhang mit Seillift, zur Schulwiese mit Tellerlift, zum großen Skigebiet mit anfangs Tellerlift und dann ins restliche große weite Skigebiet mit Sessellift, Gondeln, Schleppern etc. Donnerstags gibt es meist ein professionell organisiertes Abfahrtsrennen. Top. Very nice, friendly and fond of children. Depending on your ability and age, you can get from the baby slope with a rope lift, to the school meadow with a pommel lift, to the large ski area with initially a pommel lift and then to the rest of the wide ski area with a chair lift, gondolas, tugs etc. On Thursdays there is usually a professionally organized downhill race. Top.

Skischule ist Monopolist im Ort (gehört zur Bergbahngesellschaft) kann aber den erwartbaren Bedarf an Skischülern in den lange bekannten Ferien nicht bewältigen. Personal ist völlig überfordert, das Büro ist katastrophal organisiert; nach eigener Aussage haben sie zu wenig Skilehrer. Nie wieder diese Skischule! One star is already too much. Ski school is a monopolist in the village (belongs to the mountain railway company) but cannot cope with the expected need for ski students during the long-known holidays. Staff are overwhelmed, the office is disastrously organized; According to their own statements, they have too few ski instructors. Never again this ski school!
R	Robert Gerstenberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren mit kleinen Kindern 4 und 6 dieses Jahr im Urlaub dort und hatten wirklich gute Erfahrungen dort gemacht. Sehr nettes Mädel im Büro, die immer nachgehakt hat, ob alles in Ordnung wäre. Sehr nette Skilehrer als Stammbesatzung und auch die saisonalen Skilehrer wirklich voll dabei. Den Kindern hats Spaß gemacht. Im Gespräch mit der Büroleiterin zeigt sich, daß es wie überall heute schwer ist motiviertes und vorallem genug Personal zu bekommen. Ein sehr großes ungarisch geführtes Hotel (große Kette) zieht natürlich sehr viel Kapazität und müßte der einzigen Skischule dort helfen und nicht nur die örtlichen Resourcen ausnutzen - so sehe ich das. Jedenfalls waren dort wirklich alle bemüht es gängig zu machen und so kann ich die schlechten Kritiken hier nicht nachvollziehen. Also rechtzeitig verbindlich anmelden, dann paßt´s. We were there on vacation with young children 4 and 6 this year and had really good experiences there. Very nice girl in the office who always checked whether everything was okay. Very nice ski instructors as the regular crew and also the seasonal ski instructors really full of them. It was fun for the children. In conversation with the office manager, it becomes clear that, like everywhere today, it is difficult to get motivated and above all enough staff. A very large Hungarian-run hotel (large chain) naturally draws a lot of capacity and would have to help the only ski school there and not just use the local resources - that's how I see it Don't understand the bad reviews here. So make a binding registration in good time, then it will fit.
S	Sven von Saldern on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsere Jungs haben gerade gestern den dritten Kurs in drei aufeinanderfolgenden Jahren abgeschlosssen. Davor waren sie noch nie auf Skiern gestanden, jetzt gibt es keine Piste, auf die ich sie nicht mitnehmen würde! Einfach toll, was die Lehrer geschafft haben. Wir haben alle als hochmotiviert und nett erlebt, die Bürokratie war einfach und schnell, mit einem Anruf erledigt, die Mittagsbetreuung sehr gut ( wenn auch das Essen nicht jeden Tag gleich gut geschmeckt hat - ist zu Hause aber auch so!). Alles in allem haben wir nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht und freuen uns auf nächstes Jahr! Our boys just finished the third course in three consecutive years yesterday. We all experienced as highly motivated and nice, the bureaucracy was quick and easy, done with a phone call, the lunch supervision was very good (even though the food didn't taste good every day - but it is also like this at home!). All in all, we have only had good experiences and are looking forward to next year!

Even in the 5th year, everything went smoothly for 9 kids who were enthusiastic about skiing, all the ski instructors were very nice and the children learned a lot!
