I did allready talk to you and i explained that you charge 3 times the online price for the exact same lock system.
You told me in a pretty harsh tone that this is the price - without any explanation for the ripoff.
I allready got the very same lock system delivered to my door for a third of your price from another dealer on the internet.

- Says that the door is a "high security door"
- Asks for my ID and notices the fact that I work for a bank (raises his eyebrows)
- Unlocks the door in about 80-90 seconds (so much for the "high security")
- Charges 220 euros (!!!) in cash
I have sent a complaint in their mailbox as such pricing is not even listed in their website; no response. Ridiculous rip-off.
