Die installierte Alarmanlage ist dafür leider mangelhaft... man war monatelang nicht willens oder fähig, unsere Anlage richtig zu konfigurieren. Mehrfach wurden wir per email entweder vertröstet oder ignoriert. Der ebenfalls informierte Chef, Herr Maly meldet sich erst nach einer negativen Rezension zu Wort und kündigt per E-Mail eine "persönliche Revanche" an (kein Witz). Mehrfache Versuche, eventuelle Missverständnisse direkt von Kunde zum Inhaber aufzuklären sind auf taube Ohren gestossen. Erst nach Einschalten des Rechtsanwalts sagt Herr Maly zu, die Anlage zurückzunehmen, nur um selbiges "Rücknahmeangebot' einen Monat später mit Hinweis auf unzureichende "seelische Schmerzen" des Kunden wieder zurückzunehmen - mit der Empfehlung, man solle seine Firma doch verklagen (auch kein Witz). Wir können nicht genug vor dieser Firma warnen!! Everything was still in order until the purchase contract was signed. The installed alarm system is unfortunately inadequate ... for months we were unwilling or unable to configure our system correctly. Several times we were either put off or ignored by email. The also informed boss, Mr. Maly, only speaks up after a negative review and announces a "personal revenge" by e-mail (no joke). Multiple attempts to clear up any misunderstandings directly from customer to owner have fallen on deaf ears. Only after contacting the lawyer does Mr. Maly promise to take back the system, only to take back the same “take-back offer” a month later with reference to insufficient “mental pain” on the part of the customer - with the recommendation that his company should be sued (no joke either ). We cannot warn enough about this company !!
