★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't stayed at hotel but went to restaurant Paznauner Stube in the hotel. It truly deserves its reputation as the best restaurant in Ischgl and the Tyrol region. Every dish was amazing and service was impeccable. The duck main dish was the best duck I've ever eaten in my life. The cheese board was crazy with the strongest cheeses kept in secret compartments. Highly recommended and will come back if in the area.

Together with my wife we have been coming back to this hotel third time already. And as always it exceeds our expectations. Level of service and the food are simply amazing, light years ahead of competitors. Also I really enjoy the spa area where you can relax in an outside salt water jacuzzi while fresh snow falls over you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We joined friends staying in the hotel for dinner. When they booked in the morning reception told them it would cost €69 per person joining them. The food was excellent, the service was good. When the bill came dinner was €79. Wanting to understand the difference to what we had been told we asked the waitress, who couldn't help, so we asked her to get her manager. Rather than trying to even understand what we were asking, his response was a very short and rude 'that is the cost, it says it there, that is what you pay', then he turned his back and walked off. We went to reception to pay and try to understand the issue. The night porter was trying to be very helpful, but the restaurant manager reappeared and said 'you don't have to eat here again'. Not how one expects to be treated in a 5* hotel. The food was definitely worth the extra €10, and we would have happily paid if he had been friendly and could have rationally explained what had happened, but his attitude ruined the whole experience. Extremely disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management is absolutely disrespectful and don’t care about clients’ wellness or any standards at all. The hotel is privately owned by the family, and the management is a relative, because of that local management allows themselves to treat guests with disrespect, knowing that he won’t punished since it’s his family. The quality of food is very low and safe every day! An awful smell of low quality burned oil is all over the dining hall!
