I am very satisfied with the Plank company, all employees try very hard, very friendly and have done the work at my home (installation of external venetian blinds, blinds + floor panels on the balcony) to my complete satisfaction and very promptly.

Die Firma ist scheinbar auf Kleinigkeiten nicht angewiesen. I needed 2 blanks from a galvanized sheet metal. Phone number left there and nothing more heard. 1 week later, they call back. Again nothing. The company is apparently not dependent on trifles.
S	Sabrina Imre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hätte gerne KEINEN Stern gegeben. Ein Mitarbeiter war da, um sich unsere kaputten Balkontüren anzusehen... Er wollte sich in Kürze um deren Reparatur kümmern. Eine Woche später wasserte ich vorsichtig nach. Er hätte noch keinen Vertreter unserer Fenster-Marke erreicht, aber es würde in den nächsten Tagen erledigt werden. Meldete sich nie wieder!!! Kann die Firma STIPPL dafür wärmstens empfehlen. Unsere Balkontüren funktionieren dank deren Mitarbeiter wieder einwandfrei. Wouldn't have liked to give a star. An employee was there to take a look at our broken balcony doors ... He wanted to have them repaired shortly. A week later I watered it carefully. He would not have reached a representative of our window brand yet, but it would be done in the next few days. Never answered again !!! I can highly recommend STIPPL for this. Thanks to their employees, our balcony doors are working properly again.

Von der Vermessung und Beratung angefangen, über die österreichischen Handwerker, welche sogar noch eine unentgeltliche Verbesserung vor Ort durchführten bis zur Hinterlassung einer sauberen Baustelle hat alles bestens geklappt. Diesen Betrieb kann man wirklich weiterempfehlen !!! Have had the windows and balcony doors changed in the entire apartment. Starting with the measurement and advice, to the Austrian craftsmen, who even carried out a free improvement on site, to leaving a clean construction site, everything worked out perfectly. You can really recommend this company!
S	Sylvia Widemann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin sehr enttäuscht von den neuen Fenstern und Terrassentüre ,die Türverglasung wurde schon mal getauscht da das Glas in der Sonne trüb aussah Jetzt nach einem Jahr sieht das 3fach Verbundglas wieder total trüb aus , einstweilen haben auch die nicht getauschten Fenster das selbe Problem und werde wohl Rechtsschutz und Sachverständigen brauchen I am very disappointed with the new windows and patio doors, the door glazing has already been replaced because the glass looked cloudy in the sun Now after a year the triple laminated glass looks totally cloudy again, for the time being the windows that have not been replaced have the same problem and will probably need legal protection and experts
