★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach einer Anfrage per mail bekam ich prompt einen Rückruf bezüglich Terminvereinbarung. Ein paar Tage später wurden die Maße genommen und die Pendeltüre bestellt. Auch beim Einbau wurde top gearbeitet. Kann diese Firma nur weiterempfehlen!
After a request by mail, I promptly received a callback appointment. A few days later, the dimensions were taken and ordered the swing door. The installation was also great. Can only recommend this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe bei einer WO&WO Insekten Schutz Türe den Austausch eines eingerissenen Feldes beauftragt. Das zweite Feld war noch vollkommen intakt. Des weiteren habe ich gebeten, man möge mich kontaktieren wenn die Türe fertig ist und mir bitte 3 Sprengringe dazugeben, da diese bei der Demontage der Türe unbrauchbar wurden.
Nun die Gründe meiner sehr schlechten Bewertung:
1. Ich wurde nicht angerufen und erst als ich anrief, teilte man mir mit, dass die Türe bereits fertig ist.
2. Man hat einfach beide Felder getauscht und das lapidar mit den Worten begründet: Na wenn man eines tauscht, dann kann man gleich das andere auch tauschen. Man hat dafür unglaubliche 120 € in Rechnung gestellt! Wir reden nur vom Tausch eines Fliegengitters, für das halbe Feld einer Türe. Das finde ich, natürlich subjektive betrachtet, absolut überzogen und viel zu teuer!
3. Die 3 Sprengringe im Wert von ein paar Cent hat man vergessen und mit den Worten abgetan: Ui die haben wir leider nicht.
FAZIT: Ich finde, alles in allem eine unprofessionelle Firma, mit einem Preis - Leistungs Verhältnis, dass jeder selbst bewerten muss. Ich bin meinem Geld nicht Feind und werde zukünftig einen großen Bogen um dieses Unternehmen machen!
Die Qualität der durchgeführten Arbeit an sich darf ich als sehr gut bezeichnen.
I have commissioned the replacement of a torn field at a WO&WO insect protection door. The second field was still completely intact. I also asked that I be contacted when the door is ready and that I should be given 3 circlips, as these became unusable when the door was dismantled.
Now the reasons for my very bad rating:
1. I was not called and it was only when I called that I was informed that the door was already ready.
2. You simply swapped both fields and justified it succinctly with the words: Well if you swap one, then you can swap the other right away. You have been charged an incredible 120 € for this! We're only talking about replacing a fly screen for half the field of a door. I find that, of course subjective, absolutely excessive and far too expensive!
3. The 3 snap rings worth a few cents have been forgotten and dismissed with the words: Ui unfortunately we don't have them.
CONCLUSION: I think, all in all, an unprofessional company with a price / performance ratio that everyone has to evaluate for themselves. I am not the enemy of my money and I will avoid this company in the future!
I can describe the quality of the work carried out as very good.
