Einiges ist schief gelaufen, viel geredet, viele Emails geschrieben, viele Versprechungen, doch kein Monteur seitens Rekord auf der Baustelle zu sehen. Monat um Monat vergeht. I would not order here again. Some things went wrong, a lot of talk, lots of emails written, lots of promises, but no fitter from Record to be seen on the construction site. Month after month goes by.

J	Jenni Enzinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Fenster und Türen selbst sind von sehr hoher Qualität. Mit denen sind wir auch sehr zufrieden. Alles drum herum ist einfach eine Katastrophe! Wir wollten Fenster+ Montage. Dies lief dann gleich mal über einen Drittanbieter. Fenster+Rollläden wurden im sep. 2019 ordnungsgemäß montiert. Zu der Zeit hatten wir noch keinen fixen Strom im Haus. Bis dahin war alles in Ordnung! Im Juli 2020 haben wir dann bemerkt dass 2 Rollläden nicht funktionieren. Die Montagefirme wurde Informiert. Diese kamen und stellten fest dass ein Funkmotor kaputt ist und einer gar nicht vorhanden ist. Er versicherte uns sich darum zu kümmern. Bis Ende August passierte dann mal gar nichts. Keiner war Schuld und keiner ist zuständig. Sehr toll als Kunde. Anfang September wurden dann endlich die motoren bestellt. Wurden wiefer falsch geliefert. Im Oktober haben wir dann tatsächlich unsere Funkmotoren erhalten wer unsere Mehrkosten für Klimaanlage und Vorhänge bezahlt interessiert natürlich niemanden! Und wir warten seit 20.August auf die breitere Bürste bei der Fliegengittetür. Ist eigentlich nichts furchtbar sofort notwendiges. Zeigt aber sehr gut wie die Firma Arbeitet. Man wird immer vertröstet! The windows and doors themselves are of a very high quality. We are also very satisfied with them. Everything around it is just a disaster! We wanted windows + assembly. This then went straight to a third party. Windows + shutters were properly installed in September 2019. At that time we didn't have any fixed electricity in the house. Until then everything was fine! In July 2020 we noticed that 2 shutters were not working. The assembly company was informed. They came and found that a radio motor was broken and one wasn't even there. He assured us that we would take care of it. Then nothing happened until the end of August. Nobody was to blame and nobody is responsible. Very great as a customer. The motors were finally ordered at the beginning of September. Were delivered incorrectly likefer. In October we actually received our radio motors. Of course, nobody cares about anyone who pays our additional costs for air conditioning and curtains! And we have been waiting for the wider brush on the screen door since August 20th. Is actually nothing terribly immediately necessary. But shows very well how the company works. You are always put off!

Dank Herrn Probst von Pro Montageservice sind die Fenster mittlerweile professionell eingebaut. Mit den Fenstern sind wir sehr zufrieden. Something went wrong with our window order, but in the end the company Rekord tried to make up for it. Thanks to Mr. Probst from Pro Montageservice, the windows are now professionally installed. We are very satisfied with the windows.
