N	Niyat Haile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es gibt hier keine festen Preise, die Preise werden willkürlich gewählt. Sie dachten man hört sie nicht wie sie über den Preis diskutieren. Tja blöd gelaufen... Außerdem waren Sie sehr unfreundlich und auf den Hinweis, dass ich auch deutsch sprechen kann wurde weiter auf Englisch mit mir gesprochen und mit anderen konnte der gute Herr Deutsch sprechen. Ich habe mich als Kundin nicht ernst genommen gefühlt. Und wünsche euch nicht auch diese Erfahrung. Nachtrag: Mir wurde im Laden gesagt das die Hose 99,99 € kostet und nun kostet die Hose 180€. Ich habe die Hose schon im kaputten Zustand ausgeliehen -> siehe Hosenbeine komplett neu würde ich nicht sagen. There are no fixed prices here, the prices are chosen arbitrarily. They thought you wouldn't hear them discussing the price. Well, stupid... In addition, you were very unfriendly and when I was informed that I could also speak German, they continued to speak to me in English and the good gentleman could speak German to others. I didn't feel like I was being taken seriously as a customer. And don't wish for that experience too. Addendum: I was told in the store that the pants cost €99.99 and now the pants cost €180. I borrowed the pants when they were already broken -> see pant legs completely new I wouldn't say.

Die Beratung beim Ausleihen des Equipments war professionell, hilfreich und sehr nett - auch in den Folgetagen standen Oliver und das Team uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Ausrüstung ist hochwertig, sauber und bequem. Das Verhältnis wurde schnell freundschaftlich und familiär, es wird sicher nicht der letzte Besuch werden. Auch die Skistunden sind super, die Lehrer*innen sind sehr sympathisch, verstehen etwas von ihrem Fach und wissen ihr Können zu vermitteln. Speziellen Dank nochmal an Emer und Christian für die schöne Zeit. Wir sehen uns auf der Piste ⛷⛷⛷ Schöne Grüße & bis bald TOP! We felt we were in excellent hands with Oliver and the team. The advice on renting the equipment was professional, helpful and very nice - in the days that followed, Oliver and the team were always at our side with words and deeds. The equipment is high quality, clean and comfortable. The relationship quickly became friendly and familiar, and it will certainly not be the last visit. The ski lessons are also great, the teachers are very personable, understand something about their subject and know how to convey their skills. L	Luigi Zoppi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to rent a snowboard and a pair of snowboard boots. £27 for 2h (which I find already ridiculous) and for a very cheap and low quality equipment. After that I went for a ride.. the time to come down (5min) and the resort closed the main gondola because of wind. So I went to ask for a refund or partial refund and the boss of the shop replied saying that the ski-lift were open. I found it extremely disrespectful as the ski-lift are for kids and I am at a reasonable level. That’s literally mocking people in my opinion. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There’s a shop few meters away. Go there.. is surely better.
