Ich habe auf der Piste eine Schraube meiner Snowboardbindung verloren, und im Laden gefragt ob Sie mir helfen können!? 2 Minuten später hatte ich die passende Schraube und mein Tag war gerettet!! Sehr cool, und Danke nochmals :) Mega friendly and helpful people! I lost a screw of my snowboard binding on the slopes and asked at the store if you could help me !? 2 minutes later I had the right screw and my day was saved !! Very cool, and thanks again :)
C	Caroline Traska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim Snowboarden ist mir leider bei der Bindung eine Ratsche abgebrochen (Kältebedingt wurde mir gesagt). In Neustift habe ich dann vergeblich nach jemanden gesucht der ein Ersatzteil auf die Schnelle parat hätte. Wir wurden immer wieder weitergeschickt. Dann haben wir den tollen schnukligen Skiverleih KINDL gefunden und der hat mir meinen Snowboardurlaub gerettet! Der tolle höfliche und lustige Besitzer hatte zwar nicht das original Teil parat aber dennoch mit aller Mühe versucht meine Bindung auf Vordermann zu bringen um doch noch mit meinem eigenen Board die restlichen Tage fahren zu können. Mit einigen Schleifarbeiten um die eine Ratsche passend zu machen zur Bindung hat das auch geklappt! Ich war vom ersten Augenblick in dem Laden positiv gestimmt und wie erwähnt - hammer und freundlicher Service! Nur zum Empfehlen! Preislich...top! Unfortunately, when I was snowboarding, a ratchet broke off on my binding (I was told that it was due to the cold). In Neustift I looked in vain for someone who would have a spare part ready on the fly. We were always sent on. Then we found the great, cute KINDL ski rental shop and it saved my snowboarding vacation! The great, polite and funny owner did not have the original part ready, but he still tried very hard to bring my binding into shape so that I could still ride my own board for the remaining days. With some sanding work to make one ratchet suitable for the binding, it worked! I was in a positive mood from the first moment in the shop and as mentioned - great and friendly service! Recommendable only! In terms of price ... great!

S	Simple Selfmade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ski Verleih ist sehr gut, freundliches Personal und gute Preise. Ich habe dort auch mein Snowboard zum “großen“ Service gebracht, dass hätte ich aber besser gelassen. Auf den ersten Blick sah das Board für mich aus, als hätte man mit sehr groben Schleifpapier den Belag versucht abzuschleifen. Die Riefen wurden mit Plastik ausgebessert und der Kantenschliff war auch ok, aber der Belag war nach dem Service total faserig und alles andere als glatt. Man sah, dass kleine Plastik Fasern von dem Belag abstanden die auch nach 1 Woche Snowboarden noch da waren. Dann habe ich das Board mal zu einem Fachmann gebracht, der mir dann bestätigte, dass der Service nicht Ordnungsgemäß durchgeführt wurde. Also mein Board werde ich dort nicht mehr hinbringen, aber wer einen guten Verleih sucht für ein paar Tage Stubai -> der ist hier an einer guten Adresse. Ski rental is very good, friendly staff and good prices. I also brought my snowboard to the "big" service there, but that would have been better. At first glance, the board looked to me as if you had tried to sand the surface with very coarse sandpaper. The grooves were repaired with plastic and the edge grinding was also ok, but the surface was totally fibrous after the service and anything but smooth. It was seen that small plastic fibers were sticking out of the pad which were still there after 1 week of snowboarding. Then I brought the board to a specialist, who then confirmed to me that the service was not carried out properly. So I will not bring my board there anymore, but if you are looking for a good rental for a few days Stubai -> here is a good address.
