★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diesen Familienbetrieb kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen. Ich kaufe meine Messer, Pinzetten und mein Besteck nur dort, weil ich dort wirklich gut beraten werde. Schleifaufträge und kleine Messerreparaturen werden prompt, sorgfältig und meisterhaft erledigt. Meine käuflich erworbenen handgeschmiedeten Messer wurden erst durch das nachschleifen von Scala Murgasse top, sodass ich erst jetzt wirklich Freude daran habe. Beratung und Kundenservice werden hier wirklich groß geschrieben, man kann beide Geschäfte sowohl in Graz als auch in Wien nur ans Herz legen, wer schöne Messer liebt, wird auch dieses Geschäft lieben!
 I can only warmly recommend this family business. I only buy my knives, tweezers and cutlery there because I get really good advice there. Grinding jobs and small knife repairs are done promptly, carefully and expertly. The hand-forged knives that I bought were only top quality when I re-sharpened Scala Murgasse, so I'm only really enjoying them now. Advice and customer service are really important here, you can only recommend both shops in Graz and Vienna, whoever loves beautiful knives will love this shop too!

Was es aber wirklich ausmacht ist die Top Beratung mit nützlichen Hintergrundwissen.
Habe jetzt bereits 2 Messer gekauft und es wird nicht das letzte sein.
Sind übrigens auch hervorragende Messerschleifer!

But what really matters is the top advice with useful background knowledge.
Have already bought 2 knives and it won't be the last one.
Incidentally, they are also excellent knife grinders!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prije 46 godina sam tu kupio prvi kvalitetan nož. Bio je to Solingen, koji i danas traje, isto kao i sjećanje na momenat kada sam ga kupio. Veselim se svakom ponovnom posjetu.
46 years ago I bought my first quality knife there. It was Solingen, which continues to this day, as does the memory of the moment I bought it. I look forward to each visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was several years ago at the Scala in Sporgasse, which is known to be one of the other two. My chef's knives were always sharpened well, my survival knife (a replica Jungle King 2) came back exactly as I brought it to him. He could have said that it can't be sharpened! It also cost 10€. It came back bluntly.
