★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe von Ihnen den Flaschenöffner "Beer Tracker" gekauft, der die Anzahl an geöffneten Bierflaschen elektronisch mitzählen sollte. Ich fand die Idee sehr sympathisch. Leider musste ich zu Hause feststellen, dass er nicht funktioniert. Als ich mir daraufhin auf Amazon die Rezensionen zu diesem Gerät durchgelesen habe, musste ich feststellen, dass es bei sehr vielen anderen Leuten ebenfalls nicht funktioniert (also KEIN EINZELFALL). Ich finde als Betreiber eines derartigen Shops sollte man seine Produkte kennen und solche die offensichtlich mangelhaft sind oder nicht funktionieren auch nicht verkaufen.
I bought from you the bottle opener "Beer Tracker", which should electronically count the number of open beer bottles. I liked the idea very much. Unfortunately I had to find out at home that he did not work. When I read through the reviews on this device on Amazon, I found that it does not work with many other people (ie, not a single case). I think as the operator of such a shop you should know his products and those that are obviously deficient or do not work synonymous not sell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Teillieferung (Pizzaschneider) wurde nicht geliefert. Auf meine Anfrage hin, erhielt ich zwar EUR 10 zurück. Dies geschah aber ohne jeden Kommentar oder auch nur irgendeine Information. Kundendienst sieht für MICH anders aus.
A partial delivery (pizza cutter) was not delivered. At my request, I received EUR 10 back. However, this was done without any comment or even any information. Customer service looks different for ME.
