Der BESTE DÜRÜM, den ich jemals gegessen habe.
Der Chef steht tagaus- tagein im Geschäft. Bemüht sich um jeden Kunden.
Ich bin seit der Eröffnung begeisterter Stammkunde. Sie bieten herausragende Qualität. Ich liebe deren Dürüm. Optimal gewürzt. Beste Fleischqualität..Ich bin überzeugt von diesen Produkten, obwohl ich immer DÜRÜM esse. Und 2 extra eingepackt mit heim nehme.
Mein höchster Respekt dem IMMER arbeitenden Personal. ICH WEISS, was es heisst, nie nachzulassen und wirklich immer da zu sein und richtig zu arbeiten.

I've been an enthusiastic regular customer since it opened. They offer outstanding quality. I love their Dürüm. Optimally seasoned. Best meat quality..I am convinced of these products, although I always eat DÜRÜM. And take 2 extra wrapped up to take home.
My highest respect to the ALWAYS working staff. I KNOW what it means to never give up and really always be there and work properly.

das Fleisch war goldbraun angebraten, leicht knusprig und einer der besseren Massenspieße. schön saftig, gut gewürzt, würde ich auch alleine essen.
der Kalbspieß war faschiertes Fleisch.
die Sauce sehr dezent und passt super.
das scharfe Pulver ist nicht sonderlich scharf.

was diesen Dürüm aber zu einem absoluten Highlight macht ist dass er das beste aus 2 Welten vereint. Dürüm meets Shawarma!
ein klassischer Dürüm wird gerollt, anschliessend wird er mit Fett vom Spieß bestrichen und noch im Plattengrill weiter gegrillt. dadurch verschliesst sich das Brot schön, alles ist warm, die Aromen verteilen sich super im zugeschweissten Dürüm. schmeckt aber immer noch nach türkischem Kebab, nur eben mit dem gewissen Twist.
Fazit: wahrlich ein absoluter Ausnahmekebab von allen knapp 100 bisher getesteten Kebabs! Sara hat es geschafft mich im Dönergame noch zu überraschen. Chapeau!
3.8 euros for chicken dumplings, yufka from the pack, good portion.
the meat was seared golden brown, slightly crispy and one of the better mass skewers. nice and juicy, well flavored, I would eat it alone.
the veal spit was minced meat.
the sauce is very subtle and fits perfectly.
the sharp powder is not particularly sharp.

What makes this Dürüm an absolute highlight is that it combines the best of two worlds. Dürüm meets Shawarma!
A classic Dürüm is rolled, then it is coated with fat from the skewer and grilled on the grill. This means that the bread closes nicely, everything is warm, the aromas are super distributed in the welded Dürüm. But it still tastes like Turkish kebab, just with that certain twist.
Conclusion: Truly an absolutely exceptional kebab of all almost 100 kebabs tested so far! Sara managed to surprise me in the kebab game. Chapeau!
