Herr Sappl ist unfreundlich, unverschämt, frech, unzuverlässig und hat eine sehr schlechte Arbeitsqualität. Kunden, die bereits bei ihm was gekauft und Probleme haben, werden schön angeschrien, beschimpft und mundtot gemacht. Wer hier kauft, dem ist nicht mehr zu helfen. Finger weg. Geld lieber in den schönen Inn (Fluss) werfen, anstatt sich mit dieser Firma zu ärgern. Why can't I rate this company with 0 stars? Too bad. Mr. Sappl is rude, outrageous, cheeky, unreliable and has a very poor quality of work. Customers who have already bought something from him and have problems are yelled at, verbally abused and silenced. Anyone who buys here can no longer be helped. Hands off. Better to throw money in the beautiful Inn (river) instead of bothering with this company.

Bei meiner Tochter wurden Posten verrechnet welche nicht der Kunde tragen muss, sondern die Estrichfirma oder der Bauträger. Wir sind später darauf gekommen (wir sind ja nicht vom Fach). Trotzdem hat die Fa. Sappl auf die Bezahlung bestanden. Never again. Management unprofessional, dubious and unfriendly. At my daughter items were charged which not the customer has to wear, but the screed company or the developer. We came later (we are not from the subject). Nevertheless, the company Sappl has insisted on the payment.

Effektive Arbeitszeit 5 Stunden verrechnete Arbeitszeit waren 14 Stunden. Nach Telefonischer Rückfrage wurden mir 2 Stunden gutgeschrieben. Sehr unprofessionelles Verhalten am Telefon. Die Firma Sappl Wohnkultur hat somit einen Kunden verloren. I am very satisfied with the work performance and quality therefore the 2 stars. However, I was charged more than twice the working time. Effective working time 5 hours worked time was 14 hours. After a telephone inquiry, I was credited with 2 hours. Very unprofessional behavior on the phone. Sappl Wohnkultur has therefore lost a customer.

Waren trotz Nachbesserung unzufrieden Bei Auftragsvergabe gingen wir davon aus, das die Firma selbst den Boden verlegt. Dies stellte sich aber als Irrtum heraus - die Arbeiten wurden von einer Subfirma erledigt Floor covering was laid properly. However, the baseboards were very sloppy.
