★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich bis zum geht nicht mehr. S9 Akku mit Einbau 64€. Auf die Frage wieviel der Akku ohne Einbau kostet, kommt die Antwort. "64€, das ist ein 800€ Geräte was glauben sie denn!" ... Was hat der Preis eines Akkus mit dem Preis des Gerätes zum tun!? Abgesehn davon das man den selben original Akku online zw. 30 u. 40€ bekommt.
 Unfriendly until it is no longer possible. S9 battery with installation € 64. The answer comes to the question of how much the battery costs without installation. "64 €, that's a 800 € device what do you think!" ... What does the price of a battery have to do with the price of the device !? Apart from the fact that you get the same original battery online between 30 and 40 €.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe angerufen da mein 2 Jahre alter Galaxy Bud kaputt (sehr leise) war, der Mitarbeiter meinte ich soll vorbei kommen. Gesagt, getan. Sie haben diesen innerhalb 30 Min gereinigt und er ist wieder gleich laut wie der andere. Cooles Service.
I called because my 2 year old Galaxy Bud was broken (very quiet), the employee said I should come by. Said and done. They cleaned this one within 30 minutes and it's just as loud as the other one again. Cool service.

War gestern bei Samsung store im 2ten Bezirk , die wollten mein neues Ultra 22 gleich zum Techniker schicken und dort zurücksetzen lassen.....hätte paar tage gedauert. Hier in der Scs hat der Mitarbeiter nur paar Dinge in den Einstellungen gemacht , und alles funktioniert wie es sein sollte ! DANKE !! Ihr seit TOP ! ? und hat nur 2 Minuten gedauert
Staff very friendly and helpful with various questions.
Was at the Samsung store in the 2nd district yesterday, they wanted to send my new Ultra 22 to the technician right away and have it reset there.....it would have taken a few days. Here in the scs the employee only did a few things in the settings and everything works as it should! THANKS !! You are TOP! ? and only took 2 minutes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems they have no idea what to do in case a device has issues whose causes are not obvious as a broken screen.
Gave them my Galaxy A3 2016 5 times due to the same issue and all thay did each time was a factory reset although I told them that this won't solve the problem. Their anwer was: "You should buy a better phone!".
At another phone repair shop thay told me instantly that they have a suspicion, changed the circuit board and now the problem is solved.

went there the first time, lucky me didnt have any other customer in the shop.
Told them about my broken Camera of my galaxy s8.
Simple, Fast, Professional, All i ever asked for.
Got my phone back in under 2 hours and the Guy at the first Shelter was super nice about explaining why my data got lost due to privacy policy, which i do not accept 100% but its understandable...(some way)
