★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Salzmanufaktur befindet sich innerhalb des Keltendorfes. Dort wird Pyramidensalz handgeschöpft. Es ist, nach Angabe des Salz-Sommeliers, das reinste Salz das man kriegen kann. Es schmeckt tatsächlich deutlich weniger unangenehm und aufdringlich salzig als normales Kochsalz. Das liegt wohl daran dass es leicht basisch ist. Genau hab ich die chemischen Grundsätze dahinter nicht verstanden aber es schmeckt wirklich anders und deutlich besser auf den Tenderloins an denen ich es ausprobiert habe. Nebenbei sieht es auch noch besonders interessant aus.
Pyramidensalz ist vergleichsweise teuer aber für Gourmets oder als besonderes Geschenk für eben solche unbedingt jeden Cent wert. Man bekommt vor Ort, wenn es einen interssiert, genau erklärt wie das alles vonstatten geht und man merkt dass der Mitarbeiter mit Begeisterung dabei ist.
Sie sollten die Salzmanufaktur ruhig besuchen. Es ist interessant.
 The salt factory is located within the Celtic village. There pyramid salt is hand-scooped. According to the salt sommelier, it is the purest salt you can get. It actually tastes significantly less unpleasant and intrusively salty than normal table salt. That is probably because it is slightly basic. I didn't exactly understand the chemical principles behind it, but it tastes really different and much better on the tenderloins on which I tried it. Besides, it also looks particularly interesting.
Pyramid salt is comparatively expensive but definitely worth every penny for gourmets or as a special gift for such people. If you are interested, you are given a detailed explanation of how it all works and you can tell that the employee is enthusiastic about it.
You should visit the salt factory. It's interesting.
