Die Qualität ist sehr gut, die Lieferzeiten den Umständen entsprechend kurz und der Kontakt zum Innen- als auch zum Außendienst verläuft problemlos. Der Service ist wirklich top! We have now installed roller shutters (attachment and front-mounted elements), external venetian blinds and insect screens from Schlotterer. The quality is very good, the delivery times are short, depending on the circumstances, and contact with both the office and the field service is problem-free. The service is really great!

Nach einer Top Beratung haben wir uns für einen Schieberahmen für die Terrassentür (in exakt derselben Farbe!), Insektenschutzrollos und einen Spannrahmen im Schlafzimmer entschieden. Der tut dank seiner speziellen Eigenschaften seine Dienste und bietet zusätzlichen Pollenschutz. Was wir auch super fanden: Von innen sieht man das Fliegengitter kaum. Finally no more gels in the apartment - Schlotterer products are really high quality, functional and innovative. We didn't think that the assembly would go so quickly. After a top consultation, we decided on a sliding frame for the patio door (in exactly the same color!), Insect screens and a tenter frame in the bedroom. Thanks to its special properties, it does its job and offers additional pollen protection. What we also found great: you can hardly see the fly screen from inside. Eine regionale Firma unterstütze ich am liebsten :) The sun protection is just as I had imagined. No comparison to the old roller blind. I think it's great that it's produced in Austria. I prefer to support a regional company :)

Ein herzliches Danke an Björn Räder, der uns bestens und ausführlich beraten bzw. den Insektenschutz auf unsere Fenster passend ausgemessen hat. Bei Bedarf anderweitiger Produkte werden wir sicher wieder auf Schlotterer zurückgreifen. Werde die Produkte weiterempfehlen! Nach meiner Erfahrung in der heutigen Zeit ehr die Ausnahme. Weiter so! Super Service! Even if there are problems, the customer is quickly taken care of and a solution is sought.
