Man merkt , dass die Angestellten selbst begeisterte Radfahrer sind. Erst vor kurzem ein neues Rennrad gekauft. War ein paar Tage darauf für einen Kurztrip im Burgenland und hatte ein kleines Problem mit dem Rad. Beim SalzkammergutBiker angerufen und sie nahmen sofort Kontakt zu einem befreundeten Händler im Burgenland auf und kündigten mich an und das Problem konnte schnell behoben werden. Das nenn ich Service. Bitte weiter so I have been a satisfied customer for several years. Always excellent service for the bike and very competent and friendly support / advice. You can tell that the employees are enthusiastic cyclists themselves. Just recently bought a new racing bike. Was a few days later for a short trip in Burgenland and had a little problem with the bike. Called the SalzkammergutBiker and they immediately contacted a friend of theirs in Burgenland and announced me and the problem was quickly resolved. That's what I call service. Please continue
S	Sandor Tettenborn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Radladen. Kann ich zu 100% empfehlen. Samstag früh einen Ventilabriss am Schlauchreifen gehabt- leider nur 3 h Zeit bis zum Rennstart. Kurzer Anruf. ja, Reifen haben wir da. Hingefahren und dieser wurde sofort montiert. Super Jungs und natürlich auch Mädels, weiter so Top bike shop. I can 100% recommend it. On Saturday morning the tubular tire tore off - unfortunately only 3 hours until the start of the race. Quick call. yes, we have tires there. Driven there and this was installed immediately. Great boys and of course girls too, keep it up

Kann Ich nur jedem weiterempfehlen. Es wird sich für jeden Kunden genügend Zeit genommen um zb. mehrere Probefahrten mit verschiedenen Modellen durchzuführen. Einfach Top!!!!! Top advice and a very good selection. Absolutely friendly and competent staff, I felt very comfortable from the start. I would recommend it to everybody. There is enough time for each customer to zb. Carry out several test drives with different models. Simply great!!!!!

Dass nach Wissensstand und nicht nach Lagerstand beraten wird! Dass die Auswahl reichlich und gut sortiert ist. That all employees are not only always friendly, always helpful, hospitable (coffee), but above all real experts, enthusiastic athletes themselves and absolute "experts". That advice is given based on the level of knowledge and not on the stock level! That the selection is plentiful and well sorted.
