★ ★ ★ ★ ★ local market with very good quality products. Bio and fresh items. Also nice to eat there. Flowers and products for home and kitchen are also available. Prices of course are fix prices. Not so cheap, but absolutely worth for very high quality! Dont miss it! Always thursday from about 7.00 AM to 1.00 PM. Afterwards dont miss Mirabell Gardens and Palace, it is just across the street!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice market with a "but". The prices are extremely high. The quality is okay but I am missing the special things. 10 butcher with similar products is not what I am looking for on such a traditional market.
Sorry to be the consultant at this point but I would strongly recommend to overthink the concept of the market than just taking the rent and letting everyone in.

If you are into food, well crafted, proudly made food with zero attitude, this is the place to come. Come hungry. Nibble as you walk. Chat with the purveyors, show them you love what they do. Eat like the locals- standing up at a plank with a plate of wurst, some mustard and a beer. Make a morning of it.
The produce is the most spectacular food I have ever seen. Everything tasted like the best version of itself. It ruined me for anything made or grown in the US.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So lucky to walk into it today by accident!! So much fun!! And I got fresh mini plums, honey cookies back to the hotel. Had best fried chicken and currywurst ???. It’s huge! Wish I live close by to bring everything home to taste.
