Catastrophic communication as an electricity and gas provider. Always paid on time for the TAG after 20 years, immediately forwarded to debt collection after a one-off irregularity, even "no longer responsible".

In Deutschland gibt es bereits eine Verantwortung des Netzbetreibers bei Überspannungsschäden. Sind Blitze in Deutschland anders, sodass die Netzbetreiber dort bessere Maßnahmenb setzen können??
As a customer of many years, I would have expected a different reaction to lightning damage than simply referring to force majeure. In Germany, there is already a responsibility of the network operator in case of overvoltage damage. Are flashes in Germany different, so that the network operators can set better measures there?
