Da ich einen Unfall vor der Apotheke hatte mit Bruch beider Hände, wurde mir das Fahrrad an den Fahrradständer der Apotheke angekettet und ich wurde mit der Rettung ins Krankenhaus gefahren. Am nächsten Tag rief ich an um zu erfragen ob jemand weiß wo mein Fahrrad sei, wurde ich sehr unfreundlich aufgefordert, das Fahrrad sofort zu holen, da der Fahrradständer blockiert würde. Ich fragte ob die Dame es verstanden hätte dass ich beide Arme im Gips hätte, worauf ich eine Antwort bekam dass ihr das gleichgültig wäre und ich mein Fahrrad dort entfernen müsste. Eine Beratung zu Leber- und Darmentgiftung und den empfohlenen Maßnahmen haben bei mir zu einer wesentlichen Verbesserung geführt. Die Apothekerin hat mein vollstes Vertrauen, weil sie sich die Zeit nimmt und zuerst lange fragt und zuhört, bevor sie Empfehlungen ausspricht. Frau Mag. Weikhard hat mich sehr kompetent beraten. Sie empfahl mir das Notfall- Öl und wie ich es anwenden soll. Und was soll ich sagen....keine blau unterlaufen Augen und auch keine Schwellung. Hier bekommt man auch die Noreia Schwingungs-Essenzen und Ätherische Öle in einer Qualität, die in Graz zum Teil schwer zu finden ist. Ich mag auch besonders die hauseigenen Produkte, die haben mir immer besonders gut geholfen. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben und das ist mir als Kundin wichtig! Spitzen-Apotheke, weiter so! Vergleicht man die Preise anderer niedergelassener Apotheken, kommt man aus dem Staunen nicht mehr heraus. Aber das allein reicht nicht für eine 1-Stern Bewertung. Ich bin noch bei keiner Apotheke bei einem Problem einfach wieder weggeschickt worden, bei dieser schon ganze 4x bei den unterschiedlichsten Angelegenheiten. Einmal wurden zwei Packungen eines Medikaments verschrieben und sie wollten mir nur eines geben. Angeblich lag das Problem bei Elga - tatsächlich konnte mir allerdings in der nächsten Apotheke direkt geholfen werden. Einziger Pluspunkt: Das PCR-Testteam ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch.
