So kann man auch Kunden vergraulen! Had a credit of 100.00 euros, unfortunately a few months past the expiry date. No chance to redeem the voucher! You can also scare away customers!
J	JJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren gerade hier auf Empfehlung - bin schwer enttäuscht und würde nicht einmal einen Stern geben. Hatte eine richtig unsympathische, unfreundliche Verkäuferin, bei welcher man merkt, dass sie NUR dann kompetent und hilfsbereit sein WILL (nicht kann), wenn ihr das Geld der potentiellen Käufer/innen schon von alleine entgegengekrochen kommt. Man kann natürlich nicht alle Verkäufer/innen in einen Topf schmeißen, aber ihr Verhalten war wirklich unterste Schublade. Bin mit einem extrem schlechten Gefühl aus diesem Geschäft 'geflohen' - keine zwei Meter weiter dann im bekannten H***c gelandet und habe dort mit der Hilfe einer sehr freundlichen Frau den perfekten Schuh gefunden. Also im Nachhinein - Danke für die schlechteste Nicht-Hilfe! Just stayed here on recommendation - I am very disappointed and would not even give a star. Had a really unappealing, unfriendly shop assistant, with whom you can tell that she ONLY wants to be competent and helpful when the money of the potential buyers comes to her on her own. Of course, you can't throw all salespeople into one pot, but their behavior was really the bottom drawer. I 'fled' from this business with an extremely bad feeling - less than two meters later I landed in the well-known H *** c and found the perfect shoe with the help of a very friendly woman. So in retrospect - thanks for the worst non-help!

Leider war die Dame im Erdgeschoss nicht bereit, mir besagtes Modell aus dem 1. Stock herunter zu bringen und mit Kinderwagen konnte ich nicht hinauf. Dann halt doch ab ins Internet! Today I wanted to try / buy shoes for 160 euros, which I saw in the display. Was traveling with toddler in a stroller. Unfortunately, the lady on the ground floor was not ready to bring me down the said model from the 1st floor and with stroller I could not go up. Then stop off on the internet!
