★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich kann verstehen, dass es in innsbruck regularien gibt, die besagen, dass man erst ab einer bestimmten uhrzeit draußen bestuhlen und bedienen darf (obwohl die tische schon fertig gedeckt waren).
daran haben wir uns gehalten und liefen noch eine halbe stunde in der stadt rum.
selbst 5 minuten vor öffnung wurde man gebeten aufzustehen - auf den hinweis, dass andere gäste schon länger sitzen würden (inkl. getränke vor sich), bekam man die antwort, dass man schließlich nicht alle stammgäste vergraulen könne...wir zeigten noch geduld.
als uns dann aber die bedienung trotz hinweis geschlagene 20 minuten weiter sitzen ließ, während andere gäste schon ihr essen bekamen war bei uns schluss.
am tresen wurde meine beschwerde nur abgetan, ich solle doch einfach mal rausschauen, wie viel los sei...
ganz mieser service - man nutzt die lage am platz aus.
i can understand that there are regulations in innsbruck that state that you can only sit and serve outside after a certain time (although the tables were already set).
We stuck to that and walked around town for half an hour.
Even 5 minutes before opening, you were asked to get up - when you were told that other guests had been sitting for a long time (including drinks in front of you), you got the answer that after all, you couldn't scare off all regular guests ... we showed patience.
But when the service let us sit for 20 minutes, despite the advice, while other guests were already getting their food, it was over for us.
My complaint was only dismissed at the counter, saying I should just take a look at how much was going on ...
very lousy service - you take advantage of the location at the place.

Meglio sapere qualche parola di tedesco per farsi capire.
The Chocolate was very liquid, not dense, but the beauty of the place deserves it.
Better to know a few words of German to make yourself understood.

Were not served. Moved on to the next restaurant after 20 minutes. There would have been enough staff inside.
