Anfrage bei der Firma Sadler wegen einer Lichtkuppel zur Entlüftung im Badezimmer.
Der Mitarbeiter meinte, die Firma kann keine Fachkraft schicken, sondern Fotos, eine Skizze und die Abmessungen sollten von mir per E- Mail übersendet werden. Meine erstaunte Reaktion: ich soll auf das Dach klettern?? Antwort: wenn sie das nicht können, vielleicht finden sie dafür eine geeignete Person……

Ich kontaktierte einen anderen Fachbetrieb im 23. Bezirk, prompt war ein Fachmann vor Ort und ich bekam ein zufrieden stellendes Angebot.
