★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to go on skiing holiday if you don't mind walking up the hill a bit. Great appartements with enough space and a fine bathroom. Free wifi that works perfectly, a tv with Netflix. I had a great holiday in Landhaus Bernkogel. If you don't care about the long walk uphill from Saalbach this is definitely a great recommendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice location and friendly service. Nice, less than 10 minutes walk to the center of Saalbach. The landlord gave great effort to get our skis back home as airline suddenly refused to accept skibag on return flight. Strong recommendation for this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old building that is crowded with 8 small apartments in it. It is very crowded and not clean. Some some balconies has no view at all. You can't enjoy sitting in it because of the insects. The furniture is old and the bathrooms are ugly. You will see only one bathroom posted for this building with 8 apartment. Also there is no good ventilation in the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is absolutely superb. 2 minute walk to the piste in the morning and in the afternoon you can ski to the door of the ski room! 10 minute walk to Saalbach village down the road. The apartments are fairly small - if you want luxury then this place isn't for you - it is however perfect for a skier's holiday where you're out all day on the slopes and then out again for dinner/drinks in the evenings, and just need a place for to crash and eat breakfast. Apartment was very well equipped - nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch! Would stay again, overall great value for money in a typically expensive village.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is old and not that nice as other in the location. Room no. 2 is small and was dirty. From the upper appartments is nicer view. It's on the steep hill, cca 1 km. There is nice view and the location is also good, but I would not choose this one next time. You never see anybody from the stuff, keys are via electronic box. It's asocial and I simply don't like that. Wifi is ok, but we faced several outages. There is no "room" for bikes, only hall which is open 24/7 without doors.
