★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Appartment ist für den Sommer, mithin außerhalb der Skisaison, nicht zu empfehlen. Es schießt sehr laut (60 dB) ein in eine Steinwanne gefasster Bachlauf talab, der eine Nutzung der eh schon sehr schmalen Balkone, die dazu einen ungehinderten Ausblick auf Häuserwand und Parkplätze gewährt, unerfreulich macht. Somit keibe Chance, auf fem Balkon einmal Ruhe zu finden und Luft zu holen. Für - wie ausgeschrieben - 6 Personen nur bei Dauercoaching nutzbar. Es liegt nahe an den beiden Seilbahnen und im "Zentrum", aber das war es. Der Skiraum ist beengt, im Haupthaus (Hotel Neuhaus), das irreführend für die Appartments Foto posiert, gibt es einen guten und videoüberwachten Fahrradkeller.
Insgesamt: im Sommer unentspannt. Teuer.
 The apartment is not recommended for the summer, i.e. outside the ski season. It shoots down very loudly (60 dB) into a stone tub, which makes it unpleasant to use the already very narrow balconies, which also provide an unobstructed view of the house wall and parking spaces. So there is no chance to find peace and breathe on the balcony. For - as advertised - 6 people can only be used with long-term coaching. It's close to the two cable cars and in the "center" but that was it. The ski room is cramped, in the main building (Hotel Neuhaus), which poses a misleading photo for the apartments, there is a good and video-monitored bicycle storage room.
Overall: relaxed in summer. Expensive.
