S	Simona Urban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen - man lässt so viel Geld für eine Fernreise liegen & das "Service" ist gleich NULL. Bei einer >€5.000 Reise erwartet man sich auf einem 11h Flug zumindest kostenlose Bewirtung an Board sowie kostenloses Entertainment (Filme) inklusive, was Ruefa nicht ganz auf die Reihe bringt es entsprechend zu buchen oder einen zumindest darüber in Kenntnis zu setzen. Falsche Zimmerzuteilung, eine unfähige Reisebegleitung im Transferbus, sowie unverschämt teure Ausflüge mit fehlerhafter Auskunft zum Inhalt dessen, wo Preis-Leistung absolut nicht stimmen. Und alles was man zu seiner Beschwerde zu hören bekommt: "dafür ist man selbst verantwortlich und muss sich selber informieren" und damit selbst Schuld. Kundenzufriedenheit wird offensichtlich eine "hohe" Priorität zugewiesen. Das ERSTE und LETZTE Mal bei Ruefa gebucht. Die Servicegebühr, die einem verrechnet wird, bezahlt man für den Hugo. Lieber alles selber buchen - billiger, spart Nerven & man weiß tatsächlich was man bucht ;) Definitely not recommended - you leave so much money for a long-distance trip & the "service" is NULL. With a> € 5,000 trip, you can expect at least free catering on board and free entertainment (films) included on an 11-hour flight, which Ruefa does not quite get it to book accordingly or at least to let you know about it. Incorrect room allocation, an incompetent travel companion in the transfer bus, as well as outrageously expensive excursions with incorrect information about the content of where the price-performance ratio is absolutely wrong. And everything you hear about your complaint: "You are responsible for this and have to inform yourself" and therefore guilt. Customer satisfaction is obviously given a "high" priority. Booked the FIRST and LAST times with Ruefa. The service fee that is charged is paid for the Hugo. Rather book everything yourself - cheaper, saves nerves & you actually know what to book;)

Frechheit, danke für nichts - nie wieder Ruefa. Why book through a travel agent if you are responsible for complications anyway and have to take care of everything yourself? Impudence, thanks for nothing - never again Ruefa.

Die Beratung ist sehr kompetent u d es wird auf persönliche Wünsche eingegangen. Selbst bei telefonischen Anfragen wir immer versucht, auf allen Anfragen so genau wie möglich eine Antwort zu finden. Ich kann dieses Reisebüro nur weiter empfehlen. Great planning from the travel agency as always. So far booked every vacation there and everything worked. The advice is very competent and personal wishes are taken into account. Even with telephone inquiries we always try to find an answer to all inquiries as precisely as possible. I can only recommend this travel agency.
