Wir hatten unsere Besichtigung des Muster Hauses mit Frau Steinmetz: kompetent, professionell. Frau Steinmetz ist dazu noch ein absolut warmherziger und liebenswerter Mensch. Das war wirklich ein Beratungsgespräch und kein aufgezwungenes Verkaufsgespräch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, gut beraten, und uns daher auch zum Kauf der Immobilie entschieden. Während des ganzen Prozesses (von der Besichtigung bis zur Übergabe) war sie immer für uns da, hat uns alle Fragen beantwortet und uns zudem alle Sonderwünsche erfüllt. Auch eine tolle Hilfe war der Transporter, welchen man kostenlos und wirklich unkompliziert mehr als einmal leihen darf. Das war für uns auch sehr hilfreich. Und auch nach dem Umzug ist Ricarda weiterhin eine tolle und herzliche Ansprechpartnerin. Vielen Dank :) Great support from Ricarda Leiner. Eigentlich hätten wir uns schon für eine teurere Wohnung entschieden, doch dann zeigte uns Frau Leiner eine günstigere Wohnung. Man merkt sofort, dass hier der Mensch wichtig ist und nicht der Profit. So viel Menschlichkeit und Ehrlichkeit haben wir noch nie erlebt. Wir sind dank der Familie Leiner überglücklich in unserem neuen Heim. Kann man nur jedem weiterempfehlen. Bitte bleibt so wie ihr seid!!!!!
