ā ā ā ā ā Really disappointed by the way I was treated, worst customer experience in a BMW shop.
The mechanic was yelling at me like an Ape, I am sorry that I am saying it, but I guess the manager can look on the inside cameras. Went in, while on holiday, with a broken wire on the Hardtop of an E89, I was charged 3h of labor(and that's a specialist at work), 505ā¬, for a broken wire, what a joke....
reply to your answer: as he was disrespectful with me. I am already sick of this, firstly he told me, I quote "We will call you, once we have a solution", which never happened, secondly (the next day) I had to call him to ask what's happening, to find out the car was fixed already.
