Konnte trotz kapitalem Motorschaden am Abend, alle Termine an den Folgetagen erledigen. Fahrzeuginstandsetzung und -überführung waren perfekt. Kommunikation ehrlich und unaufgefordert. Dazu noch engagiert und freundlich. Besser geht es nicht. Nochmals vielen Dank! Stefan Fenners Mr. Kohler and his service team gave me full and professional help with my engine failure on the way from Germany to Switzerland. Despite major engine damage in the evening, I was able to do all appointments on the following days. Vehicle repairs and transfers were perfect. Communication honestly and unsolicited. S	Selina Mohr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlimmste Werkstatt, schlechter Service - mein Auto wurde vom ÖAMTC an Porsche Dornbirn übergeben, mit der Info dass die Steuerkette defekt ist. Nach Prüfung der Werkstatt war die Steuerkette ok und etwas elektronisches sei defekt gewesen. 400€ für nix bezahlt, nicht mal 10 km gefahren und schon wieder leuchtete die Kontrolllampe auf, ab wieder in die Werkstatt, danach sind sie drauf gekommen, dass es doch die Steuerkette ist und haben mir das Auto zu Tode gestartet, sodass jetzt der Motor kaputt ist -.-!!! Solche Idioten, keine Entschuldigung, gar nix .. Ergänzung am 20.12.2021: Leider hat sich bis dato niemand bei gemeldet. Danke für die rasche Rückmeldung Worst workshop, bad service - my car was handed over to Porsche Dornbirn by the ÖAMTC, with the information that the timing chain is defective. After checking the workshop, the timing chain was ok and something electronic was defective. Paid 400 € for nothing, didn't even drive 10 km and the control light came on again, back to the workshop, then they figured out that it was the timing chain after all and started the car to death for me, so now the engine is broken -.-!!! Such idiots, no excuse, nothing at all .. Addition on December 20, 2021: Unfortunately no one has contacted us so far. thanks for the fast reply
E	Erwin Erkinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz vorheriger Frage ob ein Termin notwendig verneint wurde "nein kommen sie einfach vorbei - es sind immer zwei VW Verkäufer vor ort" war die Beratung sehr schlecht. Der anwesende Porsche Verkäufer war keine Hilfe bei der Suche nach einem VW Neuwagen. Ihm zu gute zu halten ist, dass er alleine gleichzeitig mehrere Kunden helfen wollte - aber so blieben wichtige Fragen unbeantwortet und der Wunsch einen VW zu kaufen ist nun endende wollend. Nachtrag: beim zweiten Termin jetzt sehr gut beraten worden. Fazit: nicht am Samstag ohne Termin. Despite the previous question whether an appointment was necessarily denied "no, just come over - there are always two VW salespeople on site", the advice was very poor. The Porsche salesman who was present was of no help in looking for a new VW car. It is too good for him that he wanted to help several customers at the same time - but important questions remained unanswered and the desire to buy a VW is now ending. Addendum: I received very good advice at the second appointment. Conclusion: not on Saturday without an appointment.

They try to rip you off by giving you the most expensive one. A simple changing break pad is enough where they want to change complete break quote was €2600. And if you decide not to have service with them the on top of that even though I already had mfk inspection and they want €300 for the exact same inspection!! What a surprise!! I wished I knew that earlier. I am going to file "European small claims" with them now. Will keep posted. I refused to sign the bill if you don't remember. You and your owner threatened me to not hand over the keys if I don't sign the bill. Going through small claims seems too complicated. I will avoid this garage at all cost. There was no confusion. I was there for 1 hour because you were not releasing my car if I don't pay the bill you asked. No compromise nothing. At the end I paid and went to the other garage cost was €1500.
