Er hat seine Veraprechen gehalten und war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend bei etwaigem Rückfragen. I picked up my new car today. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Blum company and especially with the sales manager! He kept his promises and was always friendly and courteous with any queries.

Habe spontan einen Termin bekommen und mein Auto wurde sofort repariert. Um die Wartezeit zu verkürzen wurde mir von den netten Verkäufern ein Kaffee angeboten. Ich hatte dann ein nettes Gespräch mit den freundlichen Verkäufern. Mein nächstes Auto werde ich definitiv beim Autohaus Blum kaufen. So einen guten Kundenservice hatte ich bisher noch bei keiner Konkurrenz erlebt. Auch das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis ist tip top. I'm really excited about the customer service that you get at Autohaus Blum. The workshop is great and the workshop master is very helpful and competent. Spontaneously got an appointment and my car was repaired immediately. To shorten the waiting time I was offered a coffee by the nice salespeople. I then had a nice chat with the friendly salespeople. I will definitely buy my next car from the Blum dealership. I had never experienced such good customer service with any other competitor before. The price-performance ratio is also great.

Zudem war ich schon in einigen Autohäusern und dort waren die Verkäufer nicht so motiviert und positiv eingestellt, so nach dem Motto: der kauft ja eh nichts. First we've been just talking and then I went home. After a week I've wrote to him, ask is there anything for me, I've wanted to buy 3008 first but told that 5008 interested as well. He wrote me back immediately ( around 8pm) that they have one 5008 GT. We went back with my girlfriend, and realized how fantastic is this car. We have discussed the conditions with Mitch, and told us he will do his best to have..and he did..few days later called me, and told that we can have it...I will never forget this day..never. He was fighting for us, not just making phone calls, and let the no be no, he has changed the no for yes with doing his best. I will be always thankful to him and the whole company, because trust me, when you're going there that you will be who count, nothing else. I felt always that I've been very welcomed there. You have to just lay down, the rest, the hard part of the work they do..And they're doing it pretty good. Feeling like when you're going home... Now I've the most fantastic car ever, and also have new friends, because they are, especially this Mitch guy Thank you so much Mitch! Thank you so much Autohaus Blum! We will always love you and surely go back from time to time❤️
