★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte meinen Cupra in der Werkstatt. Einmal und nie wieder. Für Service und Räderwechsel wurde ein Probefahrt von 25 km gemacht, mit einem Verbrauch von über 11 Liter (war also eine sehr sportliche Probefahrt). So etwas gehört sich nicht mit Kundenautos!!!
Service wurde ordnungsgemäß gemacht, Preis ok, Auto wurde kostenlos gewaschen (finde ich super). Morgens dauerte es ca. 20min. bis ich wieder vom Hof fahren konnte, Abholung ging dafür schnell.
Had my Cupra in the workshop. Once and never again. A test drive of 25 km was made for service and wheel change, with a consumption of over 11 liters (so it was a very sporty test drive). Something like that doesn't belong with customer cars !!!
Service was done properly, price ok, car was washed free of charge (I think it's great). In the morning it took about 20 minutes. until I could drive from the yard again, pickup went quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute mit meiner Frau im Verkaufsraum. Dort konnten wir live zuhören wie ein Verkäufer mit seinem Kunden die Versicherungsprämie verhandelte. Dieses Gespräch findet anscheinend im Schauraum statt. Wir selber wurden weder begrüßt noch irgendwann mal gefragt, ob man uns helfen kann. Nach gut 6 Minuten sind wir halt wieder gegangen. Null Service, keine Privatsphäre bei Verkäufen, Freundlichkeit gleich null. Deshalb nur ein Stern.
Was in the sales room today with my wife. There we could listen live as a seller negotiated the insurance premium with his customer. This conversation apparently takes place in the showroom. We were neither welcomed nor asked at some point, if they can help us. After a good 6 minutes we left again. Zero service, no privacy on sales, friendliness nil. That's why only one star.
