 Who wants to get in shape and go to the limit, is just right. Here you are challenged and pushed. Exceptionally good atmosphere, top equipped, many courses and great trainers at fair prices. Fully recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin jetzt seit 5 Wochen bei der Crossbox und muss sagen, bis jetzt hat mich kein Training so motiviert weiter zu machen wie dieses. Die Community ist super, alle sind sehr freundlich und die Trainer professionell. Es gibt abwechslungsreiches Programm und das Beste ist, ich muss mir nie Sorgen um Kinderbetreuung machen, weil mein Sohn mitkommen darf. Hut ab macht weiter so :D
I've been at the Crossbox for 5 weeks now and I have to say, until now no training has motivated me to continue like this. The community is great, everyone is very friendly and the trainers are professional. There is a varied program and the best thing is, I never have to worry about childcare because my son can come with me. Hats off continues like this: D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Bewertung bezieht sich auf Marlis, die Inhaberin der Crossbox. Hatte das Vergnügen, kürzlich einen ihrer Workshops zu besuchen und bin voll und ganz überzeugt. Sehr kompetent und fachlich versiert, zugleich sehr sympathisch. Man merkt, dass Marlis das, was sie tut, gerne tut und sie wirklich für die Themen Sport und Ernährung brennt. Begeisterung ist ansteckend - und ich freue mich auf meinen morgigen Muskelkater ;-D
My review is about Marlis, the owner of the Crossbox. Had the pleasure of attending one of their workshops recently and I am totally convinced. Very competent and technically adept, at the same time very personable. You can tell that Marlis likes what she does and that she is really passionate about sports and nutrition. Enthusiasm is contagious - and I'm looking forward to my sore muscles tomorrow ;-D
