Vor dem Geschäft und auch innen nur "Drei" werben und dann nicht zuständig sein wenn man Probleme mit den super tollen drei neo hat... Es gibt keine leihgeräte liegen aber im Regal 3 stk und wenn dann nur mit Aufpreis von 30 Euro. Mit dem freundlichen beisatz... Wir sind nur Vertriebspartner und austauschen tun wir sowieso nix... Sehr netter Service. Sarkasmus aus. Also wenn man ein Problem hat hat man Pech... Normally you would have to give minus 10 points. Advertise only "three" in front of the shop and then inside and then not be responsible if you have problems with the super great three neo ... There are no loan devices but on the shelf 3 pieces and then only with an additional charge of 30 euros. With the friendly addition ... We are only sales partners and we do not exchange anything anyway ... Very nice service. Sarcasm out. So if you have a problem you are unlucky ...

Die Leute kommen alle mit irgendeinem Zeitdruck in die Geschäfte, wollen immer sofort beraten werden (wenn nur 5 min vergehen sind alle gleich genervt, leider bekommen das dann immer die Mitarbeiter zu spüren) einfach mal mehr Zeit einplanen, eine gute Beratung dauert halt! Don't understand some comments here! Was always served nicely and competently advised. The people all come into the shops with some time pressure, always want to be advised immediately (if only 5 minutes go by, everyone is equally annoyed, unfortunately this is always felt by the employees), simply schedule more time, good advice just stops!

Zusätzlich wurden meine Tarife gleich ohne meinen ausdrücklichen Wunsch geprüft und ich konnte alles optimieren sowie auch meine Kosten senken. - Ist doch Super ... oder !! Man muss sich einfach bewusst sein das gewisse Sachen eben etwas dauern. Ich finde schlechte Bewertungen ohne Text einfach unfair .... meine Empfehlung an die GF : lassen Sie die Kunden gleich vor Ort bewerten (ich hätte es auch fast vergessen) technische Möglichkeiten gibt es schon genug, auch um kleines Geld .... Free WLAN etc... Was super advised in the branch in Center West on the purchase (Ms. Jasmin Chifor) I can only recommend it! In addition, my tariffs were checked immediately without my express request and I was able to optimize everything and also reduce my costs. - It's great ... or !! You just have to be aware that certain things take a while. I find bad reviews without text simply unfair ... my recommendation to the GF: let the customers rate them on site (I would have almost forgotten) there are enough technical options, even for little money .... Bei solchen Mitarbeitern darf sich ein Unternehmen nicht wundern wenn die Leute online bestellen, dort kann ich wenigstens selbst nachlesen, bzw die Auswahl durchclicken. Rarely get such disinterested advice. With such employees, a company shouldn't be surprised when people order online, there I can at least read it myself or click through the selection.

Musste am 1.9. 20 Minuten warten, weil eine MA nicht alleine in der Lage war einen Neuvertrag abzuschließen und wurde danach unfreundlich weggeschickt, man würde keine Kündigungen verarbeiten, annehmen oder weiterleiten. Auf eine Nachfrage hin maulte auch noch der Chef aus der Werkstatt heraus. Sicher nie wieder! Do not accept termination for Drei even though they call themselves "Drei Service Partner". Had to on 1.9. Wait 20 minutes because an employee was not able to sign a new contract on their own and was then sent away in an unfriendly manner, one would not process, accept or forward any dismissals. When asked, the boss grumbled out of the workshop. Certainly never again!
